I ordered a meatball protein bowl through Uber eats. Subway did not put lettuce on it, Uber did not consider it refundable due to just lettuce missing. The Subway lady first said the lettuce was not chosen, then said that it was but Uber will refund me. I told her Uber would not, but I would appreciate a bowl on my way home, since lettuce is the key factor in it. She said no, so here we are. This restaurant should be boycotted SERIOUSLY!! My daughter placed an online order only to get there and the order is canceled with no reason. She replaced the order online AGAIN only to get home and the order is incorrect. We called the store and the employee was nice and was understanding about the situation. He let the store owner know what happened and she ok’d for him to fix it. My daughter went back to the store and got her food corrected, again the employee was still kind about the situation. The OWNER then called my daughter and was being real disrespectful and rude to her because she came back to get her order fixed which was so un-professional. I will NEVER go back to this location and and I HIGHLY suggest anyone to not go if this is the kind of service that is being received. If I can give 0 stars I definitely would. Service Take out

This is for the Subway by Publix. Stay clear it's hazardous (black mold) and people are rude and clearly they're making fake good reviews. A different time I was offered a kids sandwich for a coupon, The coupon specifically says what it excludes so when I asked for a regular sandwich I was denied. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The most disgusting subway I have ever been to. The guy working, was the slowest worker I’ve ever seen in my life, then him, not knowing that your are NOT suppose to sneeze on other peoples food he still did it while I’m watching him make my food , and still packed it up and gave it to me. I was grossed out to the point that I took my food and walked out and threw it away and called customer service because I was not gonna walk in again and talk to that guy that just sneezed on my food. And the very next day I was sick and had a very sore throat, even though I did not eat the food the guy made. This guy is very unclean and unhygienic. He should not not be working here and if I were you, I will never ever go to this location ever again unless you want to get sick overall extremely bad experience will never return. I like the tuna sandwich here, The bread is fresh. I just want to add something for that they are hiring employees with no training at all just in front of the guest other employee is giving instructions there is no respect please be mindful of that I just want you to know that all restaurants needs to improve quality and service how you pay bills with no customers looks like nothing matter but self comfort this is to whom it concern. Because if you don’t care about why is the reason to have a place open to the public. Just saying : Respect and love ❤️ Thank you.
