Subway is a fast food I tolerate, because you can make rather healthy sandwiches, get them fast, and they are replenishing. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The guy working today(Sunday) was so nice. Definitely one of the best customer service i have received so far. Such a nice guy with nice gestures and he made me a good sandwich. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have a lot of issues with this subway. They don't accept coupons, skimp on meat/veggies, and the worst time was halfway through my sandwich, I realized the entire underside of the bread was moldy. Thought something tasted off. So even though this is down the street from my house, I travel a little farther to the kenmore location. Trust me, it is better.

They do not honor coupons which means the owner is greedy and it puts into question where else we are being shorted as consumers. Service Take out

This was our first stop-n-sit visit at subway in almost 3 years. Because of the new Subway campaign we decided to try it today. My husband ordered his usual (meatballs with extra sauce on Italian with provolone). I chose to switch things up a bit with a club on wheat, lots of veggies and sweet onion teriyaki sauce. The sandwiches were the best we have had in years! The bread was fresh the veggies were crisp. The meat was very good quality also with a substantial amount on the sandwich. And that's where they got us today the quality of meat. We stopped eating at subways because of the quality of ingredients. We will be back maybe even once a week. Thank you to the Ladies at this subway branch all your efforts were not in vain! Best lunch in a few years!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The way owners try to give less meat… they put these tiny few pieces of chicken in an individual black cart. For a foot long sandwich, It was literally a vegetable sandwich. I’m giving 3 stars because employee was good.

I used the android app on my phone and the ordering process was quick and easy. The only problem is that when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait behind the customers who did NOT order ahead for several minutes, which made my nicely toasted sandwich cold. Lost one star for that. Perhaps they could do like Papa Murphy's and set the pre-orders to one side, so we could just pick it up and go?

We have frequented this location in the last 1.5 years that we have lived in Bothell. We have had less-than-friendly service before, but never anything bothersome enough to cause us not to return - until yesterday. We often receive Subway coupons in the mail and have used them at this location at least 3 or 4 times. Yesterday, we decided to use one of those coupons (which was 2 footlongs for $12). While the employee was making our 2 footlong sandwiches, she asked if I was holding a coupon and stated that they didn't accept them at this location. We informed her that we have used them there a few times within the last year with no problem, and she immediately got an attitude, exhaling loudly and glaring. She called her boss, who told her that they could accept phone coupons but not paper ones. We asked if this was a new rule and she stared at us but did not respond. We told her we would have ordered different sandwiches if we knew the coupon couldn't be used, and again, she did not respond. Then, while my husband was ordering the toppings for his sandwich, she decided to move on to my sandwich without even asking him if he was done. There was absolutely no excuse for her getting an attitude and being so rude to us; we have both worked fast food and make a point to be polite to employees, even when there's an issue. I would have never treated a customer in this way, even on my worst day working in fast food.

I was shocked! Ordered one footlong cali fresh turkey and a 6 inch subway club. The sandwiches were okay but the price was way to high! More than 30$ I won't be back !

I actually wish this was a good review because usually this Subway is on point. Unfortunately I decided to come in for dinner for the first time and was not a happy camper with the results. I walked in at 8:19 which at the time was well wefore close which is at 9. I walked in and the gentleman working had his head burried in his phone and it took me waiting 5 minutes and asking for help to get him to acknowledge me. I asked for a Chicken Bacon Ranch but he said he couldn't because he was cleaning the toaster. Well I wasn't born yesterday and I could tell the oven wasn't being cleaned. It was obvious he was getting a jump on closing duties and didn't want to have to get the ingredients out that he had put away for this particular sandwich. I get it, I worked in retail, and restaurants for many years and I understand wanting to get home early. But if it's a Saturday night, and you don't close for almost another hour. Please don't put half of the things away you need to provide a full menu. Then, make up excuses to why you can't provide a full menu.
