You just can't depend on the people making a sandwich. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you get what they make. It's all in writing, maybe they can't read? Ordered and charged for double meat and received a regular no refund. Must be skimming it out of the register because I didn't get it back. What’s the point of a sandwich shop if you can’t make a sandwich according to your likes? I’ve ordered a pizza sub for over 10 years now, my comfort sandwich to say the least. The sandwich consists of literally pepperoni, marinara, and america cheese… all ingredients they always have. the workers refused to make the sandwich for me because “it’s not in their system” which i find just piss poor. if you have the ingredients, there’s a way to ring it in. subway is going downhill so fast. if you have the ingredients, make the damn sub! Today is the second time I've gone to this location for them to not be open during their posted hours. The previous time was on 2/15/23. That day there were no employees on site. Today, the employees told me they don't open until noon when I got there at 11. I've been to this location before noon previously, and they were open, and the hours posted on the door indicate that they open at 9am today. Really frustrated that they aren't open during their posted hours. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

came here on my way home because the sign was still and said opened looked a little dark and didn’t see any cars so i looked up the time they closed and it said they were open to. so they like to close before actually closing time hard telling how early they really closed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very upset lady was very rude on the phone. We did a order on the app. When we recieved it, food was all wrong. White bead not multi grain , he asked for 50% more meat recieved what looked regular portions. Was supposed to be toasted and was not. Was very rude when he called up there and hung up on us. The drive thru speaker was broken and they wouldn't let us go in to order. They said we had to order online, but the system kept starting me over. Finally just went somewhere else... Meal type Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food is always fine And the staff is always very polite and helpful, however you guys really need to staff more than one person at a time because it’s always a really long wait and there’s usually just one guy trying to do everything by himself which is unacceptable from a management standpoint!! Website said the store was open until 10pm so we specifically went there to get food, arriving around 9:20-9:30. Hit the call button at the drive thru and the staff person said they closed at 9pm. I told her they website for the store says they are open until 10pm. Her response was "they need to fix that". I commented she should let her manager know.

They have 2 bathrooms here that are illegally locked, they claim the reasoning is because people can’t take care of the bathrooms at this location. This is not legal! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
