Came in for a salad and the gal who made it did so well, the guy in line behind me ordered one too.
The part that wasn't great was the kid at the register. He burnt himself on the oven and exclaimed that it was second time he's done that this week. He then stated that his finger was bleeding. He took off his glove and started messing with it. He was overly chatty and said he should be demoted so he can't use the oven anymore. It was overly awkward and you could tell the two gals making sandwiches weren't thrilled by his chatty nature and just wanted to help the folks in line. The gals did great but I really didn't want the guy touching my stuff if he was bleeding. I get it, there's a line but go clean it off quick and get a bandaid.
My salad was amazing and it was an ordinary trip in if it wasn't for the kid at the register. Internal thoughts don't always need to be shared with the world. Some people are naturally more talkative but he didn't seem to be talking to anyone in particular but just talking. Maybe we can learn to keep that internal monologue as internal.

They redeem themselves today and I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5. Staff was great and fast. Everyone had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy working together. My salad was still excellent!

Did a mobile order maybe 45mins before I arrived and my order wasn't ready because they ran out of the bread we chose. It would have been nice to get back to me instead of driving there just to be told they ran out of bread.

The food and service here is great. The low stars is because they double billed. Spoke to the manager who stated it happens a lot and she could do nothing. I had to contest via my bank. This is a 10 business day process and a huge pain when they could have just offered a gift card for my next time. Now this location is dead to me.

Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star after my most recent visit. What a SHAME because this Subway USED TO BE the best in town but wow this had to be my worst experience in a subway yet.
The staff I interacted with, were very kind and polite but after waiting 30 min for an online order my patience grew thin.
I ordered ahead to try and avoid the wait due to it being a lunch hour, and upon arriving, I realized they were very busy as there was almost nowhere to park and five cars in the drive-through that had yet to order. Mind you I ordered ahead, so my online order should have been in front of anybody in the drive-through that had yet to order. I waited in my vehicle for 5-10 min and proceeded to enter the store. A line of maybe 7 people stood waiting to order and I proceeded to the ONLINE PICK UP where there was 1 order waiting that was not mine. The employee politely asked my name for the order and confirmed it should be up shortly. Order after order arrived was n the pick up shelf and none were mine. 1 turned to 2 and 2 into 5 orders now on the shelf that were also not mine. The drive through has emptied and the line inside continued to empty and fill as I stood waiting patiently and beginning to grow very impatient there employee confirmed again the name for my order and realized it hadn’t even been started after 20min and countless guests that came to order after I did. She quickly proceeded to make the order and then I watched it die on the make line as the other staff members were in no hurry to get the order made and out to me after waiting for 30min now and having 10-15 other guests order after the fact and leave the restaurant.
Overall I am very disappointed in subway for the carelessness that took place today, thankfully I wasn’t on a serious time crunch or it may have been a complete disaster. The staff I interacted with were very polite and apologetic so I commend them on that but my overall experience was destroyed and I may no longer recommend this Subway in the future

If you are in a hurry don’t go here. Waited 20 minutes in line once, next time I had to eat I made the short drive to Jimmy John’s and saved a lot of time on my break.

The 4101 W Benson Rd., Sioux Falls store had the order done right and tasted good! The afternoon staff was on their game and were very helpful and kind; even as far as to offer us suggestions on where to go for lodging in the area during a blizzard! Nice work, W Benson Rd! Keep up the good work!

I liked to order online from the Sioux Falls Benson Road Subway and pick it up since it's fairly close to my house. Over the course of the past few months, they've been putting less and less on the subs, which I imagine is a combination of staffing issues and inflation on ingredients. Today, I ordered a sub for my son and showed up a few minutes after the email had stated the sub would be ready. I walked in and saw it wasn't done (no big deal), so I got in line to let them know I was there. As I'm in line, the girl who starts the orders grabbed my receipt, looked at it, and said "yuck" and made a little choking sound, and started to make the sandwich. Then she yelled at the other two staff as to why there was another online order sitting there that she hadn't noticed (that guy was waiting as well), and then complained about how stressed she was. Usually the staff are pretty professional, and the other two were, but that really turned me off on the place.
There were only 2 employees working while it was a typical lunch rush but also all the college students that recently started back from down the road. They were incredibly busy and a constant line to the door and online orders kept ringing in. They did an excellent job of maintaining composure, being polite, and being professional and conducting the flow. These are they type of employees all companies need. Please consider some extra compensation for them for working under those conditions given its billion dollar business. Bonus or an increase in wage for doing the work of 4 or 5 people but with only 2--and gracefully.
We ordered lunch at work through the app, Door Dash forgot part of our order and never showed back up at the store to deliver it. The staff at this location was so amazing! The manager personally drove the rest of our order to the building! It was so appreciated!
