I was coming from Custer County, decided to stop by Suehiro. Juyi was sweet and welcoming. Thank you Juyi for the Saki Bomb!!!! Thank you to the chef Seth and Jeff ;). I have enjoyed Suehiro's for years. Now that Noah has purchased this great restaurant it's even better! They bend over to please and it's improved so much. Noah's Mother is overseeing this location as they have also opened a new restaurant in Aurora! I haven't gotten to that location yet but plan on it soon! After you have been there at least twice you are made to feel so welcome and special. Yes it's a little higher price than most people will want to pay in Pueblo but it's well worth every dollar. It's clean, the food is fresh and the service is such a fun experience. Something only bigger cities offer. They offer several seating options. Tables, at the grill, or on the floor, true Japanese style. I love the fun of watching them cook my food! Check them out for a special occasion I'm sure you'll have a great new memory. We just moved to Pueblo West from the Springs and were worried we wouldn’t find a great Japanese place! But boy were we wrong! This is a hidden gem in Pueblo! Great, Delicious Fresh food, amazing service, the friendliest staff ever! We came in to celebrate a birthday, anniversary and graduation and they made it all so special!! We will definitely become regulars!

Well this one's kind of a tough one. My family goes out to eat once a year for my little sister that does birthday. We only go to somewhere special to our family and this place goes above and beyond at making sure we have a good time. The tempura was fabulous. Sushi was VERY good. My bento beef box was really tasty but it had some gristle in the b ef. Great service, friendly owner, comfortable. I used to work at a 5 star teppenyaki restaurant in Cali. This place was just as good! Our chef, Seth, was wonderful and the quality of steak was better! (Go Colorado beef!) Chef Seth had agreat attitude and friendly demeanor that made the night. He did everything he could to make sure my boys had fun. He was newer ( I only know this becausey oldest boy asked how many years he'd had to practice to get that good) but didn't lack a thing! Thanks for an amazing birthday, you guys just became our new tradition! P. S. They also accommodated my dairy allergies without complaint! That was so nice! This place was amazing. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. My husband brought me here for our anniversary and it was definitely worth it. The cook was super friendly, he talked with me and my husband and the couple that were at the table with us the whole time. I wish I would have gotten a picture of our meal, we ordered the chicken and shrimp, but we were so intrigued in conversation that I didn’t want to be rude. We also ordered a California roll and a Las Vegas roll and they were so good, then we had mochi for dessert, and I’ve never really like mochi but this one was delicious. We will definitely be back!
