It is good and nice to have fast food such as Sugar Bun at the Sibu International Airport (SIA). As the SB operated at the SIA as an exclusive brand of SB. SIA is one of the "Doorstep" of tourism all over the country come to Sarawak. Hence, SB also has to meet this standard as well. From my observation, the service is getting worse and worse. For example, not enough staff especially at the counter, the sauce bottles are not well served with a plastic bowl, washing area hands is temporarily out of service, the staff sweep the floor during the customer having their food, the environment is also dull and aging (as shown in the photos). However, the food served is good and nice. Hopefully, all these comments help the concerned authority to solve all the issues for future improvement and benefited to all. Ok, the Milo was ok, the wheat germ milk drink also, but the chicken burger had no right to have the name chicken in it. I don't know what it was, more like cardboard, sawdust mix with bread crumb, but definitely not chicken. Do not buy this! The fish burger was a little better but still pretty bad.

The local famous fast food chain and quite a go to restaurant if you come to sibu airport. The mashed potatoes tasted quite bad. The chicken was okay. You can order the fried fish which confirm will be hot food if you worried about cold food.

Thoroughly disappointed with the food and the service. Food taste bad and cold, especially the mashed potato. Never had a cold mashed potato before, this is the the first experience. The chickies is tough like rubber. Sugarbun at Star Megamall is better. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 1–20

Don't Trust the outlet being 10PM close as stated in google! 9.30PM they are already tell you "Sorry, we are closing". Was all excited to have my meal before leaving Sibu, and yet the town itself give me another disappointment. Misleading information! 😡

Sugar Bun has been at Sibu Airport for years yet there are a lot need to be improved. Only one counter open at one time and customers are lining up till outside. We are catching our flight and this is very inconvenient and there are very limited option to dine in. Not to mention the floors are stained and dirty. The place is not well kept and there are flies as well. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40
