Neat place in downtown Sugar Hill. All German Fare. Try the Goulash, it's awesome! Bingo on Thursday nights. They were packed and only one waitress with the bartender, but they did awesome! Hospitality at it's best! You can also buy In The Red Clay whiskey there.

This has become our favorite local food place. The staff is great, super love Miranda, she's so nice along with everyone else. And ever since they got the new chef, everything has been fantastic. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. Even my manager likes to come work with me here!

Lunch was delicious as always! Anne Marie was a joy as usual despite being slammed with customers. I love the surprise lunch specials! Such a great spot.

Excellent patio to enjoy the weather!! The Georgia peach drink was the Best!!! The beers were good. Our only complaint was our food wasn’t that hot when it came to us. The cheese curds weren’t melted anymore and were starting to harden. The beer cheese, fried mushrooms & soup were lukewarm. The pretzel would be better if it were fried. The Reuben sandwich was tender and flavorful- definitely house-made. Overall, the food was delicious; I just wish it had been brought out sooner. The server was very attentive and friendly. JD (assuming he was the owner) came out and talked to us about the distillery & brewing and was super nice. There is a lovely gift shop inside. Everything was clean and friendly. We loved the desserts we got to go. We will definitely be back!! Update: This has become our new local favorite spot. They have a HUGE gorgeous patio with TVs & heaters. Service is always friendly. The owners, JD & Carrie, usually are there talking to customers, which is nice to see they care. The Ga peach drink is AMAZING & my husband always enjoys the beers & whiskey. We had a few of the holiday drinks that were great, too. The desserts are always out of this world! We have tried multiple dishes and enjoy them as well with no more cold food. Update: they painted the outdoor patio, and it's so cute! They have a New chef who is using drop biscuits that are are too hard for biscuits and gravy. The farmer's skillet is still good but is under seasonsoned. Go when Cheyanne (great server) & Annmarie (best bartender) are working!

We have eaten here multiple times before and enjoyed it so i dont know what has changed, but im pretty sure i was given old food. Aside from it being on the more burnt side, the sandwich had a really weird heavy taste, as if it was dunked in old grease a couple of times. Tasted stale and heavy, not sure why but it is not like it used to be! Couldnt eat it as the taste was nauseating and was very disappointed.

I've stopped by here several times for drinks & appetizers while catching up with friends, and the food is always great! I really like the Georgia Peach cocktail, and the last time I visited, they were serving their own in-house seltzer that I enjoyed. I recently stopped in to try the breakfast buffet that is offered on the weekends from 10am-2pm, and I really enjoyed it! All the food was great, from the biscuits to the corned beef hash. They start serving drinks at 11am, so the weekend breakfast buffet is a great option for brunch in Sugar Hill!

The restaurant is very very nice. The outdoor seating area is one of the best I've ever seen. The food was good as well. The service was exceptional, we had a great conversation with the owner. He seems like a super nice guy. I can't comment on the beer as I'm not a drinker. I wish them great success. We will definitely be coming back.

This place has the best food in Sugar Hill. The atmosphere is so pleasing. The staff is very down to earth and personable. The prices are great!! Definitely 5 star everything. They also have board games and card games you can play at your table. Very fun!!

We had lunch here today and the food, service, atmosphere were all great! My favorite item was the beer cheese soup. It is the best beer cheese soup I have ever had. My husband had the Ruben and loved it! I had a salad that was out of the ordinary. There were so many delicious toppings and the dressing was perfect! I really enjoyed the sense of humor and quirks that you only find in locally owned businesses. They also have a gift shop with unique items for sale. They also sell their spirits in the shop. I’m looking forward to coming back for dinner to try their beers and cocktails. Pricing was very reasonable, especially the adult beverages.
