Super food from a greta local family who have several great food venues around Hillsboro, Oregon. I love the Carnitas and Pollo Tacos and Burritos! So close to downtown Hillsboro too. A spot everyone should try - if you do you will become a fan! And try the breakfast burrito too! After a long time, had some delicious shrimp tacos and chicken tacos. The place looks ghosted, but the food is delicious, definitely worth the price, and their service is amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This place used to be our favorite taco spot in hillsboro and we have even had them cater a birthday. We just ordered $45 in just tacos and then we’re supposed to make them?? We ordered a side of rice, no rice when we arrived home. Meat was dry as can be, and tasted like there was no seasoning at all, maybe change in staff or something but it wasn’t good at all. Hopefully this review will better the quality of food.

11/26/2021 02/16/2022 It's an old building, the interior isn't exactly stylish, the tables can be sticky, and besides, there's only enough parking for a few cars, and you might try to walk past the weathered sign... But the food is so authentic and excellent that it outweighs all that.🥰 The food is reasonably priced and the portions are so large that you'd think it was for two person. We had the suizo burrito (again because it was so shockingly delicious the first time we came here) and Olden Pastor. The burrito filling was packed with meat and It was so hearty that I felt like I could eat and eat and eat and still not lose the quantity. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes authentic Mexican food!!! 😊👍 02/15/2023 It's been a while since I've been here and the outside wall and signage are new and beautiful. As usual, the paper napkins were gone and the tables were a little sticky, but the Suizo Burrito, which I always enjoy, was consistently good. Very delicious food. Came hot and super fast! The portions were amazing as well. The tacos were flavorful and perfectly cooked. I got the special of the day and it was loaded with lots of different items. They were all delicious.

Usually this is my favorite place to get Mexican food. However, this time when I went in and ordered a burrito combo plate instead of beans. They brought me out french fries. Not once was I ever asked if this substitution was okay. I was never informed about the substitution before it came to my table. Last but not least what kind of mexican restaurant doesn't have beans? I was severely disappointed. Next time I will either go to a different location or I will find another restaurant completely. I think I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Got the carne asada tacos, and was not disappointed! They had a rich flavor, with a slight char to give a real umami flavor. The fresh smashed avocado guacamole was something nobody else does. The two accompanying red sauces were delicious. One was very flavorful the other brought the heat. They gave a generous amount of meat. Honestly some of the best street tacos I've ever eaten; will definitely be coming back. I can't wait to try some of the other options they have... Simply the best Super Tacos in town. Fast and friendly. Free chips and salsa bar. I’ve been eating here for years and the food is always filling and delicious. Their salsas are generally on the spicier side of things yet the flavor is amazing. Perfectly seasoned meat, double tortillas and the best flavor.

As a southwest Native, I have been looking for good Mexican food, and this place filled that spicy hole in my heart. I almost want to give them a 1 start, just to keep the crowds away, but i can't. There is a reason it is called super Tacos. They are fantastic. The enchiladas are taco style in a great red sauce, and the rice and beans are great. Rice and beans is usually how you can tell if they have good Mexican food. Place is tiny and it looks to have the whole family hanging out in the kitchen cooking. The quality of the food shows it too. They have good birria tacos, dip them in the Consome, Great! The crunchy tacos had a fantastic crunch, great quality, deep fried, and they maintained that good crisp even on the last bite. Would highly recommend, will be going back.
