I’ve never left a bad review because I believe it hurts the business. Ordered two cheese pizza and when I got home and started feeding my kids. We all realized there wasn’t any pizza sauce. I called and they didn’t even care about it. You would think they would have had me go back with the pizza and fix the problem. Ordered chicken caesar salad. Chicken was very dry and uneatable. Then ordered a tuna melt panini that wasn't very good. Not a good experience. Wont be back! If I could I would rate zero stars. Not Suppa! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1

Have ordered calzones/pizza here 4 to 5 times per year. I Always pickup. I usually end up waiting beyond the time they tell me to come. On my last visit I waited 30 minutes past the time they told me to pick up my order. The workers were pleasant when I picked up the order and while I was waiting. We called in the order.We asked for a bbq chicken calzone. They said it wasn't on the menu but the person on the phone asked someone in the background if they could make it and after they discussed it with each other they said they would. The calzone we received was inedible. It was a shredded meat and not what we ordered or expected. It was like a canned shredded tuna except chicken. It was mixed with BBQ sauce, cold and putrid. When I called and spoke to the manager to ask them if I could return it and get a replacement they said they don't do that. To many customers tried to cheat them to do that. Very disappointed that the manager doesn't understand customer service. A good response to a poor service experience can make a loyal customer. Attempted to order lunch here today. The young man who was working the register seemed to have a problem understanding basic questions. I first tried to order a chicken sub and steak fries. He couldn't figure that out. So I let a few people order ahead of me as I checked the menu again. I then attempted to order the cheeseburger dinner. I asked the young guy what type of roll the burger came in. He told me white or wheat and pointed to a loaf of bread behind him. I explained to him I wasn't ordering the club but rather wanted the cheeseburger dinner. He couldn't seem to figure this out and attempted to pull it up on the register. I finally gave up and told him that I was all set and wasn't going to order lunch. I get that nobody wants to work but where is the owner? I get that they will always have a customer base due to the location but really, have a little pride. Invest in your staff. Train them and work with them to succeed. This kid seems like he is just set up to fail and he wasn't working alone today. Service: 1

My family runs a child care program and we had a pizza party with all of our kids and parents. Suppa's pizza did a very good job to help us out. Their crew is great and very polite. The pizza is good and they offer a good variety of toppings. The price was also good and all our parents, kids and staff loved the pizzas. I'll definitely order again. Tried this place for the first time and safe to say the last time tonight. They had those I ordered a small pizza which barely had any taste and the French fries that were basically the opposite of the McDonald’s fries, these are the ones that taste like cardboard and not only that, they had to have been in the fryer too long as they were as hard as rocks! The only enjoyable thing was the bottle of soda. I couldn’t finish because the food (and I use that term loosely) was so bad. I can’t believe I didn’t get sick! My husband and I used to order from Suppa's every weekend. I just ordered a chef salad and told the person I didn't want tomatoes. My salad had tomatoes (last time I ordered this salad it had tomatoes when asked for none) and I didn't get the salad dressing. The lettuce was fair, I threw a little bit away. The cucumbers looked almost watery and the roast beef was brown - didn't look good so I threw that away as well. This is the last time I will order a salad from them. I'm so disappointed. Last weekend I ordered a club - told the person no tomatoes but there were tomatoes on the sandwich. I also asked for the fries to be well done. Nope - they weren't well done. I agree with other reviews - this place has gone down hill. Such a disappointment.

I think quantity not quality. I ordered a steak tips macaroni cheese. The steak tips were like chewing boot leather. The rest of it was ok. Hopefully it was a 1 off occasion. I will give then the benefit of the doubt and try something different next time. This is next time - I ordered a steak stick. This was ground steak in a pizza dough roll. It was absolutely disgusting. The steak was so salty. The dough wasn't cooked, I ate a small amount of it but it made feel ill. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't go there.
