Having been to Japan twice I can confidently say that Sushi Donburi stands up to the quality of food in the best restaurants there. The quality of ingredients, excellent textures and flavors, and love which the two women put into the food is very obvious in every bite. This small restaurant in a town we passed by on the way to the Waitomo caves will have a place in my memories for a lifetime.

Very nice, fresh and big sushi. Great quality, price and variety. Friendly staff. Worth the stop for lunch. Has also meal options if sushi is not for you.

I always go here when I'm in the Kihikihi area. Delicious fresh sushi 🍣 I always have the seafood udon noodle 🍜 Super friendly owner makes this a must visit 👍💯% Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great Sushi / food choice Great service by the woman at the counter... Still great range to choose from at around 410pm when I went there Will definitely be going back....👌👍
