Should have higher reviews. The place is really clean both times I've come over. It's family own and run. The food is really, REALLY. flavorful. The sashimi yall. THICK PIECES. so freaking fresh and delicious. We had the ramen, tonkatsu, and it was super creamy. The broth was insanely delicious. The pork wasn't reheated junk I've had other places. The salad with the sashimi bento is refreshing, tasty and crunchy. They try very hard and it shows in their food and service.
The times I go tho it's very quiet and empty. We make a bunch of slurping sounds to fill the void. 😂😋

Chicken Katsu
I’ve lived in the north Fort Worth area since 2008 and my search for an authentic, deep, rich, umami Tonkotsu broth has fell short, until today. We finally had lunch at Sushi River (located on North Tarrant, in the strip mall kitty corner from Lowe’s). My daughter had the Shio ramen, a chicken based broth. Both dishes were outstanding. Today was a cold today and the deep flavors of the Tonkotsu ramen really warmed the soul. The noodles were perfect, springy, with good texture. The pork chashu was yummy and the soft boiled egg was marinated properly. There was so much broth, noodles, meat and the price was cheaper most ramen bowls in the DFW area ($12.95 for pork chashu, $11.95 for chicken) Overall this was a 11/10 experience. Please visit this gem in Keller, it’s ramen weather and you know you want some!

Where do I start ☺️. This is a good place for dates and family dinner. The food are such an amazing and I love all the food. Plus the staff are super friendly and so welcoming. I plan on coming back. If you haven’t try that place, you should definitely check it out!!

It was my first time here and I absolutely love it! Great food, great prices and fresh wasabi! I got miso soup which was amazing, the dragon roll which was on point and the rocky mountain roll that hit the spot! On top of everything being great and clean. They had awesome energetic up vibe music playing the whole time 🎶 I definitely recommend their hot tea as well! Thank y'all for such a wonderful experience and meal I'll be back 😁 👍

A true hidden gem in Keller! The waitress was friendly and the food came out very fast. Prices are good and portions are generous. I have dined in and ordered to-go multiple times and this place never disappoints. The beetroot pink rice is a unique touch that really makes this one of my favorite standalone Sushi restaurants in Fort Worth. Highly recommend if you're looking for good, cheap Asian food and friendly service!

So this restaurant changed names to this and I can tell it’s owned by different people or at least they changed things up in the kitchen. Their sushi doesn’t taste the same in my opinion and what we ordered just didn’t wow us like when it use to be under the old name. It wasn’t nasty but wasn’t anything I want to get on here and brag about. My son seemed to love his ramen though and didn’t complain about any of his food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t want to leave that out.

Loved the Vegetable Lo Mein, Curry and the Vegetable spring rolls that we ordered. I love when local restaurants are able to customize for my dietary needs and they were. Very good customer service. Kids loved the food too. People were constantly coming for picking up doordash which is another sign of good food.
