I was so excited to eat here and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were to die for! Also, I was surprised at how reasonably priced everything was. It was definitely not bad for the quality of the food. The staff was excellent and super attentive. All in all, I had a great time and I’d love to go back.

No wait to get seated.
Great service. Pricey, but to be expected. Beautiful restaurant structure and spacious.
Rock shrimp tempura was good, would recommend.
Same with the shishito peppers.
We stuck with the more affordable simple sushi options - avocado, tempura, spicy tuna, and eel. All very fresh and neatly wrapped.
The best part is the take-home boxes. Would definitely recommend leave some food for home for that sole purpose.

We were exhausted from all of the walking/shopping. We went for some quick bites. We were seated fairly quickly and were served by a very nice lady.
She took time to explain the menu and shared her suggestions.
Everything was delicious! We will definitely come back for a full meal!

This place is amazing. The fusion between the different cuisines lends itself to some great flavor profiles. You have to try the sea bass and the Peruvian corn. Do yourself a favor and order a bunch of things and split them as a table. You’re missing out if you don’t sample as many of the delicious dishes as you can. Great for business dinners, gatherings of friends, or even a date.

Highly recommended!!!
The must go spot every time in town and the miso sea bass kabob is for me the best dish there, yes, more delicious than all the sushi 🍣, steak and lamp chop which are awesome to try btw.
I sometimes just go there for the sea bass miso as the appetizer if have to meet with friends somewhere.

Great atmosphere, service was amazing. Go seated fairly quickly without a reservation on a busy Tuesday evening. The waiter was very sweet and explained the menu for us first timers. Everything was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Dark and loud place! Super cool! We lucked up as it was packed and we managed to get seats at the bar to dine. Get reservations if you want a table. The sushi was fresh and yummy. Ordered edamame but it never came-we told our server and she removed from the bill. Would definitely eat here again

AMAZING! With so many choices in Las Vegas, it was hard to narrow down where we wanted to eat. We are so glad we chose SushiSamba! We were seated quickly and our server (Mark) was knowledgeable and friendly. He guided us through the drink list, dinner menu and dessert menu. The food was so good but the service was even better. It was the best meal and service during our stay in Vegas, and I feel like we ate our way through the city pretty well. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Mark! You made our night.

Sushi
Went here in 2019 Nov. One of the best places to go. I found it better than many Tokyo restaurants. Have not seen this many and the type of spread of the menu in other places. Their drinks have a good collection as well. A fusion restaurant worth a try for a big price. It creates an explosion of flavours in the mouth.

Service was incredible. Great atmosphere for date night or friend gathering. Food was incredibly delicious, creative, always came out fresh, and served with care to our table. We could tell the cooks take pride in each plate going out. I enjoyed all the food and the cocktails were strong, unique and tasteful.
If you want solely authentic Japanese/Brazilian/Peruvian food, you can of course likely find a restaurant that is offering that specific cuisine you desire, rather than a fusion like Sushisamba. There are plenty of sushi places around Las Vegas, for example, that are more affordable and possibly more authentic. However, I would recommend coming here if you are looking to experience the unique and delicious fusion of cultures that the chefs are trying to honor, as well as the great service, ambience, and drinks!
A note about service - the staff so sweetly gave us free shots and dessert with a candle for our birthday dinner! I didn’t even write a special request for this because I ran out of time; yet at other restaurants I DO write in birthday requests and they often still do nothing. Thank you to the wonderful staff here. That meant so much to us.
