The cake is not very sweet. The taste is just right. The coffee is a little lighter, but it's also good. People are very kind and amiable. Their blind boxes are good. Affordable quality is also good. There is also a free network. I will come back again

We stumbled across this cute little bake shop while waiting for our pizza and decided to pick these 2 dessert up to bring home to try it with my boys. Service was sooooo nice and they were soooo knowledgeable! I was looking for a new bakery to customize my cakes and I think I will give Sweet General a try after trying out these 2 desserts my boys absolutely loved it!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I come here for one specific thing and it's the taro coconut pudding. It is absolutely the best rendition I have ever had. Their taro pudding is smooth and flavorful, the coconut pudding has the perfect texture. I also like the Japanese soufflé cheese cake and have tried their crepe cakes. In general, the desserts here are not that sweet and more focused on the other flavors represented in that dessert. Come early as certain items do sell out.

Their milk pudding is really delicious, and quite special! I don’t think many other bakeries have anything comparable to that. The desserts all looked so good we wanted to get them all! Finally got to try this place out! Girl behind the counter was super sweet and let me take my time deciding. The milk tea had a good strong tea flavor which I liked. The boba was sweet and chewy. I wish they had an option for no boba though. I don’t always like it in my milk tea. I also got the lychee green tea. It was SO YUMMY. The tea was good and the sweetness was perfect. I want to try all the fruit tea. So many to choose from! Also got the cheese cake and it was so fluffy and light. I will definitely be back.

I am so happy they opened a sweet general here, I used to go to the one in Naperville but that drive is very far. The cakes here are delicious the cream is very smooth and light. I had one of their sparkling fruit drinks and it was very unique and refreshing! The worker here was very kind and patient. The interior inside is very cute! It’s a great place to go to with friends or family!

newly moved to the area. now we don't have to chinatown . freshlY made daily with seasonal ingredients. I tried their grapefruit sparkling water. so refreshing but not too sweet. and burnt basque cheesecake with mix fruit. look so good and delicious. clean roomy sitting area to enjoy.with friends. friendly helpful staffs. 5 stars everyway you look at it. I plan to come here at least every week.

Such a wonderful hidden gem! This place deserves a lot more love, the sweets they are have are not only delicious but also gorgeous! A super clean and relaxing atmosphere as well. The best asian style bakery, they have beautiful & creative cakes . I ordered about 5 custom cakes here already (you can order directly from their Instagram where they have lots of cake pictures to choose from) If you are looking for light sweet & fresh whipped cream cake this is the place for you. Both of their location (Aurora & Westmont) have great customer service. Highly recommended!
