Absolutely fabulous. This was a great find as we were driving back to Charlotte. The family that owns this is very friendly and made us feel at home right away. The ice cream was all very good. You get a lot for the price and even though it says 1 scope it’s a BIG scoop. We will be back and bring our friends. Thank you for the great ice cream. There are outdoor setting options. It conveniently located just off the highway. The shop is v wry cute and well cared for.

best Ice cream ever! The lady working was so kind and had such an amazing, friendly attitude! the place was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had tons of amazing flavors ! definitely recommend and will be back! p.s don’t forget to tip your workers! even $1 adds up from every customer ! <3

My family and I went for our very 1st time yesterday and it was amazing. Not only was the ice-cream good, the lady and her son that work there were wonderful people. We talked and had a good time like we have known her for years, not to mention my baby (1 year old) loved her as well and let her hold her❤️ I couldn't say enough about her, I just loved her. Just her, herself will bring everyone back! I definitely give it a 10/10

We enjoyed a treat today! The scoops were extremely generous and very yummy. The waffle cones weren’t fresh made in the shop but they were very good. The customer service was super professional and kind. We aren’t local to Gastonia so likely won’t be back but we recommend this spot.

Y'all please go out and support this ice cream shop. The staff there is always courteous and they give you more than enough ice cream. My daughter had to say that's enough lol. This place is one to keep in rotation when you need a ice cream fix.

We heard about Sweet Scoops from the Honey Hunters game, 15% off with your ticket. I can’t believe I haven’t heard of this place before! Delicious ice cream, generous portions, extremely friendly atmosphere, and reasonable prices. We will absolutely be back!

I used Sweet Scoops for a catering job. Great experience! The owner Tiffany and her assistant was so professional. They served up hard scoops of ice cream in the North Carolina heat. The flavors and toppings were delicious. My guests were delighted.

Sweet Scoops is a phenomenal establishment! The owner and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The Ice Cream selection is sure to satisfy any and every sweet tooth 😋 I would definitely recommend Sweet Scoops to anyone that loves sweet treats!

I absolutely love it here! It’s always super clean and beautiful! The ladies working were so sweet and kind. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and the pound cake is to DIE for 😍 I haven’t had good pound cake like that since before my grandmother passed away. I’m definitely coming back!
