I Didn’t Realize Until After I Had Already Paid For My Order, How Many Bad Reviews This Company Has Gotten. Had I Known Prior, I Would NOT Have Ordered Through Them, But Luck Found Me Bc This Was The BEST Cake Ever. So Moist & Devouring. EVERYBODY Kept Complimenting How Amazing The Cake Tasted. It Was A Mickey Mouse Cake For My Nephew Who Turned 3… I Let The Team Do Whatever With The Cake, As Long As It Was Mickey Mouse & It Was A VERY Basic Design. I Wasn’t Impressed At All; Especially For The Price I Paid, But Nonetheless, It Was Very Tasty ! 10/10 Recommend ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Smells delicious inside. Lady that owns it was so fabulous when we asked her questions. We got a king cake and needed it to last until we made it to Florida 3 days later... Not only did it last but it was the best king cake we've ever had. Very pleased all around with the service. I will add note there was no baby even though the box stated there was one. Either way that wasn't a huge deal at all. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wanted a fun "old lives matter" birthday cake. This particular party is thrown every 10 years. I required one piece of simple art and one phrase. Other than that I told them to have fun and make something festive. I have never seen something so ugly. Looks like a 10 year old decorated it. I would think a bakery showing such great pictures on their page would do better. When you have a celebration, it is centered around the cake. It was embarrassing! I will have to admit, it tasted very good but paying over 100. dollars, the cake was anything but fun! I did message after the fact to express my disappointment. No, nothing could be done at that point but at least make an effort to reach out and apologize. I wasn't going to do a public review but when they didn't seem to care, that lack of customer service convinced me otherwise

Ordered these cakes for my daughter and grandmothers birthdays. They were able to get them done with about 9 days notice, designed it exactly like I asked, and the chocolate and strawberry cakes were absolutely delicious!

For the first time going here to order a cake. I took two cupcakes to go home so I could taste what it was like. The cupcakes were delicious and really moist so I was hoping the cake was going to be that way too. The cake looks great and tasted even better. It was a cat cake. The staff is great.

If I could give a 0 I absolutely would. I paid $950 for my wedding cake plus $150 deposit for the silver cake plate. I had a 3 tier cake. It was crooked and so slanted we were worried it would slide apart. They showed up to the venue with out the cake plate they had already charged us a deposit for. Upon bringing it back they dropped the plate and dented it. When we returned the plate they told us they could not refund us cause it was damaged. I showed her photos from before the wedding showing the slanted cake and the damage on the plate. She then ignored my phone calls and e-mails and refused to return my money for the deposit. On top of the crooked cake and the cake plate issue the cake tasted stale. If you’re a bride I encourage you to NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! The owner comes off nice but she’s a crook and her product and customer service is absolutely awful. So bad idk which is worse.

Bought your king cake at Polk's. What a disappointment. The bread was dry, the fillings were skimpy at best and now, my kids are disappointed because there was no baby inside. The box clearly states there is a baby inside. The most "un" king cake I've had.

I ordered A red velvet cake for my nephew birthday. This was the worst cake I have ever tasted in my 58 years. There was about 20 people at the party and everyone tasted the cake spit it out and tossed it. The cakes texture was like an old sponge that you could soak up water with. I called and spoke with the owner who told me that she tasted the cake because they cut the top off for cake balls and that was the texture of their cake so there was nothing wrong with it. Her comments had to be a lie because this cake was the worst cake I’ve ever tasted she never tried to resolve the matter just said she was sorry I didn’t like their cake and that was it. If you want a good cake and get Customer Service because I had to call two or three times do not go here.
