After you have seen Manitou Springs Heritage Center, visit this bar. SWIRL offers its visitors Spanish cuisine. Offering good goat cheese salads, bacon and tapas is the unique characteristic of this place. Nicely cooked Brezeln, cheesecakes and ice cream may be what you need. It's nice to order delicious mulled wine, draft beer or craft beer. Great ginger beer or good coffee are waiting for you at this spot. Children can choose dishes from the kids' menu. The friendly staff welcomes people all year round. If you want to experience fast service, you should go to this bar. Prices are found affordable here. You will appreciate the lovely decor and cool atmosphere of SWIRL. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this place deserved 4.5.

This little restaurant has so much vibrance and character! This beautiful brick building was first used as the Manitou Springs bank/General Store and they have done an excellent job keeping the building intact while modernizing the atmosphere to colorful but cozy energy. The staff are absolutely amazing and very friendly and the menu is fresh and unique and very delicious. Also, for my Gluhwein fanatics this place offers some of the best of this seasonal German drink I've tasted outside of Europe! If you're near Manitou Springs definitely give this gem a try, you won't be disappointed! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been visiting Manitou springs once a month for the past 12 months and I have never seen Swirl. It’s tucked away on the Main Street (Manitou ave). Not sure how I missed it!! Anyway. Cool little place. Even thought it’s called Swirl Restaurant and Wine it has a delicious selection of beer. Staff was super friendly. I had the Drunk Goat sandwich and added flank steak (recommend by May). Super delicious. Check it out on the menu! Servers were very kind and nice, but I had to ask three times to get a Coke. The kid’s Mac and cheese just Kraft. The French dip was amazingly overcooked - literally almost too chewy to eat. The chicken pot pie was under-seasoned and the burger was cooked to dryness. Nice people and atmosphere, but I probably won’t be back to eat. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Swirl has a very cheeky, randomly wild atmosphere, very colorful and eclectic. Place is smaller than I imagined it would be. Reminded me of a place you'd see outside of the USA, very cool atmosphere. Service was great, our server was able to accommodate dietary needs. The food... well it's not great, at all. Was sad for 40 bucks, ordered a Flatbread with veggies and yea, just look at the pix. The Cauliflower Buffalo style was good, just a tiny portion. The pretzels (one of the main reasons I wanted to try it) 1 of them was hard as a rock, couldn't even chew it, the other was warmed from being frozen and it tasted like it being super chewy and very dense, just not great. While we were sitting there, I guess they were prepping for the night with a delivery. Everything is frozen.... chicken, pretzels, veggies. For some, that's ok, me if I'd known that I wouldn't have even bothered going. Fresh vs. frozen taste is just different. If you have educated taste buds, you get it. We came here for an appetizer and before dinner drinks. My husband had a glass of red wine and I had the sangria. We also got the Buffalo cauliflower bites. It was delicious sangria and also the best cauliflower bites I've had. So tasty and the blue cheese dipping sauce was the best I've had. If we didn't already have dinner reservations, we'd have had our entire meal here. Adorable eclectic ambiance that I loved! Stopped here after a quick jaunt up to Pikes Peak, only made it 13 miles to the peak IYKYK! Needed a bite to eat and this place met my needs. Service was phenomenal and the drinks were equally as good. Food though was amazing, the Melty Brie was tasty, just the right amount of sweet to cheese, and my Mufawhateva hit the spot. My husband and I took our 14 year old son, and our 21 year old daughter out to dinner in this magical spot and we were blown away! He’s a basic meat and potatoes guy, I love fresh ingredients and, as the owner of a wine bar, have high expectations for my wine, our daughter is a health nut, and our 14 year old son loves junk food. All four of us agree that it’s the best meal we’ve had, and that has never happened! The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. We felt like we were guests in their home. The atmosphere was cozy, comfortable and eclectic, and the food and wine were delicious unique (in the best possible way!) Between the four of us, we tried two salads, the pizza, and the steak and potatoes. We can’t wait to go back! Meal type Dinner

Wow! Do not miss out on a very special experience at this wonderful place. The food is outstanding and sitting at the bar felt like a hang in your local neighborhood fav spot. Pete the bartender is so so lovely and was intent on making us happy with everything we ordered! The Chef is the owner of the husband and wife team, and if I imagined their vision of delivering high quality clean delicious food has delivered many times over.
