Their milk tea drinks are a bit pricey especially for the amount your getting. However, their snacks tasted really good such as the calamari and popcorn chicken.
Be aware of your order in this store! The picture of the drink doesn't match what you actually get! I ordered a passion fruit tea with toppings as shown in their picture but ended up getting a very small cup with NO toppings! Not to mention the small fruit tea i got with NO fruit or toppings cost me around $7! A total rip-off!

Super accurate flavors. Mixers are experienced and always make consistent drinks. Although the food menu is not extensive, everything I've tried has a great flavor and it's served rather quickly. Located in a plaza with mostly Asian businesses, it proves to be extremely popular.
Parking can sometimes be difficult. Check peak times on Google maps and plan ahead.
Great boba drinks! Lots of customization options and service is always quick. They have a snack menu but their fried foods are only ok. The popcorn chicken was good but didn't seem that hot, so I wasn't sure if it may have been sitting under a heat lamp or something
They have happy hour and offer a 15% discount for anyone with an employee badge on weekdays (cannot be combined).
Pretty solid tea and snack bar; they have a consistent snack combo that offers a small discount. The takoyaki and basil popcorn chicken have been consistently good.
I usually get an osmanthus royal tea, which has a clean and distinct tea flavor for anyone who prefers flower teas.
This location recently went through a renovation, but now it's back and trendy as ever. The wall menu is now replaced by a couple flat-screens advertising some of their more popular drinks. Paper menus are available near the register where you order. After reviewing their menu briefly, I didn't really notice any changes. Perhaps subtle changes were made to a few items but the design and variety is still as great as they were before.
Like with most milk tea places, I have a select few drinks that become my "usuals," one of the being the Elegant Rose Royal tea. So I order as I always have, specifying the sweetness and the ice level to my liking.. However, for some reason, this time around I was told that they don't put sugar in this drink, I was happy since I'm sensitive to sweetness. Not long later, I got my drink and I was happy... Except.. How in the world is this drink still so sweet, sans sugar?? Could it be syrup..??
Although the Elegant Rose tea was sort of a disappointment in terms of sweetness, I still found the drink perfectly refreshing and gulped it down within 10 minutes. There are many other drinks to choose from anyway, where sweetness can be adjusted.
Service here is pretty nice and their happy hour is pretty good. Currently there's a 15% discount if you have a work or school ID on you at time of purchase, except during happy hours, which has now changed from 2-5pm to 6-10pm! I saw no sign of the 5-star rewards card system anywhere though.. Hrmm..
