A typical traditional Maltese restaurant serving the traditional rabbit and horse meat dishes. But there are other options available like beef and chicken. Food does take long to serve but the time waiting can be used to socialise; plenty of appetizers are served to keep hunger at bay

Went for a company's staff gathering and dinner and ordered traditional Maltese food. The food was good and portions were abundant. I would recommend it especially with kids as they would enjoy the various animals and birds in the park they have at the entrance to the restaurant

Nice people but sorry to say ..poor service..it was like there was a bet between the waiters who would pick more plates fast..as soon you put the glass down or the fork the waiter will pick it up with no asking..for example I finished eating and as I was going to take some bread to dip in sauce ..they were gone..not good service

SUSINA FARM HOUSE
Place with so much potential only if it was managed by people with a bit of experience and professionalism.
Mini zoo inside the property totally let go to themselves, no care by the managers, a horse with one eye with cataracts and very dirty made me feel sorry absurd.
We went for a birthday party,
The menu included appetizers of the house and main course to choose between rebye, horse meat, rabbit, pork and chicken of course with price difference if you take the rebye (as I did) of 5 euros on a basis of 40.
Absolutely outrageous food apart from a very good chicken thigh appetizer.
I ordered the rebye well cooked and I sent it back 2 times, in the end I was hungry and I ate it medium cooking, so it had to be tender, you might think, but no it was a piece of brick, cut very badly from the main piece .. I noticed this when I saw the plates caming out from the kitchen.
Can you imagine the piece of meat well done of my girlfriend.
Service from abusive dockers.
Three guys were doing the service and you could see that they had no great desire to work, (I think they were children or grandchildren of the owner).
The appetizer they put in the middle of the table different dishes on different appetizers. No plates for diners, 1 fork and a napkin, the single-ply one (you had to make it all suffice you had to make it enough for you all dinner) I would like to see you eat the chicken mentioned before only with a fork and napkin.
Upon arrival of the main course you had ordered, the waiters did their best to bring the knives and gently throw them on the table, as well as the various bread trays ...
Chipped plates and forks that bend at the slightest effort.
Italian wine from 2 euros per bottle sulfites included, it was so bad that I mixed it with the 7 up which was the only soft drink on the table .. Not even water..
When people ask for everything they looked annoyed as well...
The sebac type bathrooms (ecological plastic ones) covered with wood in a corner of the room, with customers' tables next to it as if everything were ok.
With one hand you peed and with the other you had to hold the door since the closure was broken.
Birthday cake cut with meat knife and thrown on the plate with your hands by one of the famous waiters then put on the pass for the service after cleaning his hand with the jeans he was wearing.
Of course you had to ask for cutlery.
Bad experience
Highly discouraged.
