It is a great Lebanese restaurant. We ordered the Kebab Maza, and it was truly delicious. The fresh hummus and baba ganoush were excellent, well-seasoned, and had a great texture. The meat was juicy and cooked to our liking.

A flavor like no other with gluten free options, just ask! This is the second time I have been here and both times were excellent. Owner is super friendly and helpful if you need a recommendation.

We really enjoyed the food and service. We had a falafel sandwich plate. The sandwich and sides were all stellar! We sat outside and enjoyed our meal. Great flavor in everything - and a medley of savory, pickled, spicy, roasted, goodness. If you like food from the Mediterranean region I highly recommend!
Haven't really had a lot of Lebanese food but the couple of items I've had on the menu were pretty delicious. Portions seemed pretty generous. The staff is extremely friendly. A spot that makes me want to return.

Fries
Overcooked, dark brown, burnt tasting, and soggy fries, tasteless and tough beef. Cold prepackaged pita not even made better by toasting or warming up fully. 2 mini falafels for $4.50. Some subpar, less than mediocre, home cook decided to start a food truck without bothering to learn how to cook. Fries are supposed to be twice cooked not once overcooked. Good reviewers may be tastebud dead. Can't be bothered to finish it, not worth the calories or gross taste. Waste money. Non-friendly service without a greeting or thank you or enjoy or bon appetit or any words at all really. Outdoor seating is a nice thing usually but no effort was made to make it look nice.

Honestly some of the best lebanese food I’ve ever had. I’m vegan. Amazing plant based meals are available here. Fallafel, hummus, and super fresh saucy sandwiches and bowls. 10/10 i hit this 3 days in a row. Love their fries too personally.

After spending some time at the Hilo public library, we go next door to this Lebanese food truck. They have a beautiful outdoor covered dining area with plenty comfy seating. Great place to relax and enjoy food, company and place! Very nice people, great food and we highly recommend it to anyone!

Little food truck in Hilo downtown serving middle eastern style food. Very flavorful and freshly made food. Highly recommend. Vegan and vegetarian options. We got the sheesh kababs, veg mezze platter and salmon rice bowl. Everything was great. Best baba ganoush that we had in a long time.

Falafel Sandwich and Hummus
Good food, with covered seating area next to the food truck. Friendly staff. Took a little longer than expected for food to be prepared but it is understandable as there is only 1 person cooking and the other person is taking orders dealing with customers.
