Customers are nice, but the drive thru speed is the slowest of any drive thru fast food in town, and consistently is. The quality they put into making the food is going down hill fast. I know its fast food, but there should still be effort into putting the food together. Just a mess, especially when trying to eat in the car. I wouldn't recommend it. My favorite taco bell. They are consistently accurate and good especially if you go for lunch time. I feel like the supervisor is great and runs a good shift. I usually use the mobile app for the perks and they make it super quick. Usually taco bell jacks up an order 1/3 of the time at other locations but we have been here at least ten times and not a single mess up. Props to the current crew! I have been eating Taco Bell for at least 40 years, and pretty much the food is consistent everywhere you go. Obviously, I think the prices have gotten a little out of hand, but that’s the case at every fast food restaurant. I guess I’m just getting old :-) the only reason I did not get five stars, is because the lobby is closed and it is drive-through only. I got out of my car and walked up to the door before I saw the sign. I think these restaurants should put a bigger sign up that says drive-through only so people do not have to get out of their car to find out. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

This Taco Bell wonderful ! It’s so clean inside, the staff is amazing and friendly and the food is always so good.There is lady at the front counter who always asks if you need help ordering. She is very friendly and good at her job. I’m getting this today and I’m excited because I tried a new burrito that was delicious! I hope that the people who run Taco Bell read this. Had a really nice lunch in here today. Was super impressed with how clean , neat , and tidy this place is . Super friendly service . Delicious hot food . Where do I even start? Do not EVER give this place your business. My friend and I came here because it was essentially the only place open after a long night at the ER for a severe injury, and everything seemed fine when we ordered at the drive through. When we got home however, multiple items were missing and the burritos had stuff we were allergic to on them when we asked for it to be removed. Okay that’s fine, but when we called to let them know “Scott” assured us that we could come in and have our order remade after wasting over $40 on cold and missing food. That’s great! So we come in the next day and the story completely changes. They tell us to enter each item in manually on the kiosk and it comes out to way more than the total (which they told us to do by the way) and then he realizes he’s in hot water because he messed up doing that because they’re losing a ton of money, and he comes up to us after we think everything is already being made and then only remakes 4 of the 8 burritos and then forgets the cinnamon twists AGAIN. And then when we ask for our missing stuff again, some Asian guy starts giving us attitude and bad looks when we were the ones that had to drive there to get our food that your incompetent workers messed up! Place was also filthy and everyone was rude. If I could give it negative stars I would. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ever time I go, I spend on average 40 to 60 dollars for my family , we give them order chalupas with cheese sour cream only and they can't ever get the order right. It's always been the morning crew. We complained having to do order again and still mess up order. After this has happened 5 times, we are not using this taco bell ever again. It seems to be recurring problem. The person taking orders tonight was trying SO hard to upsell every item to the point where he was just talking over me when every time I tried to order. I asked 3 times why does it say I’m being charged for sour cream on the screen? They kept saying I was getting supreme soft tacos and I kept reiterating No, just soft tacos instead of crunchy for the Mexican pizza meal. I ended up paying for sour cream for some reason and sure enough when I got my order there was sour cream on the soft tacos. I get it, trying to meet sales goals, but I knew what I wanted to order, I don’t need suggestions or upselling. It’s Taco Bell. I’m not trying to upgrade trash food. Just let me order and quit it with the upsells “double meat?! You like it spicy?! Sour cream?!” Like chill!!!!! I've decided this place gets a solid 3, because they just like to go up or down depending on the time of day. As usual, the food was fire. I had 2 of the cheesy grilled burritos with beef and extra cheese. Unfortunately, I failed to get the cook's name, but as I was leaving I did manage to praise my order and give him a fist bump. The rest of the staff interactions were also all pleasant, even though kiosk use is mandatory unless you want to brave their drive-thru line. They do a great job keeping it moving, yet it seems to be long every time I'm there, so they're doing something right. I love taco bell, but perhaps this location is understaffed or having some issues. My previous order was missing an item, and had one item wrong. Today, my order was ready 17 minutes after I set the pickup time from ordering in the app. The employees were nice, but we were left standing in the dining room with no one even saying hi to us.
