Not a bad visit but it could have been better. We stopped in late, on our way home from the Salt Lake airport and they forgot part of the order, turning us back around to get a burrito. Otherwise the interaction was minimal and the service was just ok. 3 years ago I had a bad review after wrong orders left & right along with missing item. A few months ago, I started coming to this location again after a few new employees going above and beyond each time for everyone. Went to the drive-thru after midnight Dec. 23. I asked for a min once greeted as we were getting a few things. The guy on speaker kept asking us questions, rushing us right after. They were out of a few things. Placed our order. Asked to leave a few things off (one party couldn’t have them), no big deal. Added another meal that was put in wrong but was changed anyways so no big deal. Confirmed it on the screen. Not complicated. Paid around $30 and only a few things were right. Weren’t asked about sauces, didn’t get any. Window was closed and with the same crew I’ve seen before - I knew they weren’t going to reopen the window if we tried getting their attention. I want to stop by this place vs the Clinton one. We went to Taco Bell tonight Nov 13 and it was an absolute delight. Ryley and Colby were the only 2 people there and I received the best service I've ever had. Great people. Great food. I love those kids. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This Christmas Eve at this Taco Bell location was a bust!! The quality control, missing items ordered, and rude personnel was the worst overall experience we have ever had with Taco Bell. Management refused to satisfy their customer when we called in minutes after receiving order, and denied to remake, and, refund due to dissatisfaction, unsat. Please, somebody provide this location some training on quality control of both food, and service, immediately. And not to allow personnel who take drive thru orders to tender, to both, cash handling and food preperation, that is simply disgusting. Food had the overall presentation of a preschooler, and none of the food was fresh, or made correctly as requested. The management on duty, personally admitted that the food was the scrapping of the barrel. The manager on duty, Jessica S., the authority in charge should have known better, then to distribute such poor quality and presentation of food, representing a known fast food chain, it’s awful. This is the first of this location, known on other occasions, as great customer service and quality of food. Food was not consumed, however food that wasn’t thrown away was photographed to capture this god awful experience. Waiting on the Taco Bell gods to help us, and help all future customers resolve this horrible experience.

I ate here multiple times during my stay and for someone reason they always asked if I wanted extra beef... Then they'd ask if I wanted extra sour cream. Phenomenal experience would love to be asked this again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on Hillfied. This is the 2nd time that we have had a bad experience here. The first time, we ordered a power menu bowl and the rice was so hard from sitting out that we couldnt eat it. We went there again lastnight around 10pm. We both work on base and had a long day. This was the most convenient thing. We ordered a chicken power menu bowl, grilled cheese burrito, and nacho fries. When we received the bag that looked like it was reused a million times, there was not even one of the fries in the cup, everything was thrown in the bag. To add insult to injury, there were about 10 fries total in there. The power menu bowl at first glance looked like it contained, cheese, sauce, guacamole and a few pieces of chicken. We went back through the drive thru to address the bowl and ignore everything else. We asked if they were out of rice and the lady on the register said no. We said well there is no rice in there. She was attempting to pull up the receipt so they can correct the error that we brought up. She gave it to someone else and told them we were saying there is no rice in it. Then she came back to the window and said everything that comes on it is there. We could see that they shook the bowl to reveal the "rice" that was in there. We looked at it and said, usually when we purchase the bowl, it looks nothing like this. She shrugged and said "the error was corrected so." That was it! You can look at the picture and judge for yourself. I didnt eat that mess either because who would want food that looked like that. We went to hillfied so i could get something else to eat. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! Judging from the the other reviews, the owner or manager of this location does not care because nothing has changed! I promise i will make it my duty to tell everyone that i know on that base to never ever go to that location. GO TO HILLFIELD! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Food was horrible, seemed like all of there tortillas were slightly stale and past expiration date or something. The dude taking my order was nice enough but honestly he couldn't seem to hear properly, whether that's on him or the equipment I don't know but after 3 corrections on five items I just let it go. i got ablack bean crunchwrap and i paid for extra black beans. i've eaten halfway through mainly tortilla, tortilla chips, and lettuce to get to the black beans. as im writing this i have finished eating and i think its safe to say they didnt give me my extra black beans 😭 yall
