Extremely slow. Not only did my order for ONE Mexican pizza take fifteen minutes, they just tossed it in the box. No napkins or utensils were provided. I avoided the drive thru because it was not moving. And after the 15 minutes of waiting I finally got my order and the car that pulled into the drive thru when I pulled into the parking spot had still not even move forward to the speaker box. Usually the only taco bell in town to do a good job. Was the only one in line and they didn't give me half my order, I waited for another 10 minutes to get sauce and once I got home I realized the food was also cold. Just left this Taco Bell and the service at the drive thru was totally uncalled for. Went to ask a question and she told us our total, said excuse me because we were not done ordering then she continued to be snarky and argued with us over what we said. We came here 10/04 and to be honest I never eat Taco Bell because it’s never good. But this day I was starving and decided to go inside and eat. The service was super fast and when we got our food…it was steaming hot and soooooo good! I’ve never had Taco Bell that was hot and fresh. They know what they’re doing there, that’s for sure! Just terrible. Sitting here at the menu for 15 minutes with a line of cars behind me and no one is even saying anything. Been in drive through line 48 mins now and still not to the menu board to order. I understand it being busy or short staffed but usually taco bell is super fast in and out. Tonight as lobby is closed each car at pick up window at least 5 mins ... not including the 15 mins it took then to get to window from the menu board Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Man, I cannot redeem this place its just not possible. They gave me an old burrito today, tasted like it was old. Ordered two beefy melts and a quesadilla, got to the window and noticed a burritto was missing, asked where it was, and a blue shirt with red hair walks up and says with the worst kind of tone, (well its not on the receipt). I'm asking myself why does that matter I can just order what was missing, but was already to pissed at the manager to do that, done with this location bro, will go to ponchos, or burritto king from now on.
