It took over 40 minutes to get through the drive through and get our food. When we finally got our food, we were handed a drink of only carbonation. It was completely clear with no syrup. The beefy 5 layer burrito was about half the size of what it normally is. Ordered pintos and cheese and was not given any kind of utensil to eat them with. I cannot give service nor atmosphere any marks at all- I was traveling down south yesterday afternoon and we stopped by the Taco Bell on Southgate Place in Pueblo and the womans bathroom was so disgusting! There wasn’t a customer in the store besides us so being busy wasn’t the reason. I asked who the Mgr was so that I could call today because I could tell there wasn’t a Mgr there- the young man who approached me, and I use that term very loosely, as he was extremely rude to me from the beginning, said he was acting Mgr - I have worked in the food industry for 20+ years and that was one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. This is one of the better Taco Bell around. The food is always hot and fresh. The workers are mostly friendly. Reduced one star because pretty much always have to wait a long time to get food here. I always tend to have a good experience when I come here and the employees have always been preety nice so I wanted to go ahead and make a review to say that. The parking is really good and they have never been that busy because they are kind of in a secluded area but they are literally right next to the highway. The cleaniess of the restaurant is pretty good and the food is always fresh and hot when I order. I mostly get the power bowl as you should see pictured in the attachments. I noticed that they have the kiosk that takes your orders now. They will take your order at the counter if you prefer to do so but they will only take cash to my understanding. Other than that, I enjoy my food from here everytime I have to make my way through Pueblo. Enjoy and take care.

Everytime me and my fiance come here they are always out of every single option we want. But we always give it the benefit of the doubt but this time was not worth it at all. Spent 35 dollars on food that wasn't even correct and not up to standards. I order the Mexican pizza combo with 2 Doritos tacos and I only receive one taco. My fiance ordered the chapula box with the Doritos taco as well and it came as a normal one. Not to mention all the tacos were supposed to be supreme but they were not. My fiance also got 2 beefy 5 layer burritos that were smaller than then bean and cheese burritos. I'm severely disappointed in the quality of this store and that was definitely the worst 35 dollars we ever spent. We love going to Taco Bell just never again at this location. I'm tired of paying for food I don't get. The only good thing I have about this location is that the person at the window helping us was very polite and helpful. The food was fine but the staff and service was under par. One employee was in the back handling food with no hey or hair net and the also had a kid running around in the back! Best Taco Bell in the state! I'm not one to write fast food reviews or even go to many fast food restaurants, but this location has been consistently good for years, so wanted to drop some appreciation. TB is my go to for a quick vegetarian meal while traveling, so I've experienced the whole gamut of quality... and portioning, fold orientation, order accuracy, freshness, all great here. If all the TBs (including the one in my town) were this good, I'd be eating a lot more fast food, so probably for the best that they aren't! 😆 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am curious as to how this location actually makes any money. Been here multiple times and I have finally given up. The wait time are always so long that I see more people leaving than actually getting food.Most of the time the drive thru line is wrapped completely around the parking lot. I have even tried going inside to order only to be told inside orders are not being taken. They seem to get about 4 to 6 orders an hour at best.
