I can't say this is the worst Taco Bell because most of them around here aren't open. The crew here does not speak English and so any interaction is strained and frustrating. They do not carry many of the items on the menu. There is no sign letting you know this so basically you order and then are told that they don't have anything that you want would you take a taco. I ordered off DoorDash, and I ordered 60 fire sauce packets. Now I understand why that’s unreasonable, as the ingredients aren’t free. But here’s the thing. Instead of giving me like, 10, or even 5, they gave me none. NOTHING. I had to eat my miserable meal with NO SAUCE. I GAVE THEM $60 AND THEY TURNED AROUND AND GAVE ME A BIG OL BIRD TO THE FACE. I sincerely hope whoever packaged my order and gave me no fire sauce drops their phone down a sewer drain, where it will only be touched by rats and bacteria. 0/10. Haven't had any problems or issues in the past at this location. Last week I decided to order online with the option Taco Bell gas on their website, it was my 1st and last time I'll use it. I selected to pick up my order at a specific time vs asap, after completing and paying the website changed my order to reflect as asap pickup. My order was a few tacos, a crunch wrap, a grilled burrito supreme and cinnamon twists. When I got to the restaurant my food was sitting waiting for me, my receipt taped to the bag. There wasn't one thing in my order that was correct. I received chips and nacho cheese a gordita, the funny thing is the receipt that was taped to the bag had my correct order on it. Taco Bell is one of our favorite fast foods . But, this particular site is not a favorite. The tacos and burritos are rather skimpy here. And this last trip will be our last. There was about a teaspoon of ground beef on the soft tacos with a tiny sprinkle of lettuce and cheese. The beans on the burrito were skimpy, dry and tasted old. This place is at best a drive through. The window/counter represenative of this location (Jose) with long hair at the window, ignores every walk in customer unless you are picking up for a delivery place. I understand being under staffed, but the customer service here is to be desired. While waiting in line the other person with me went to the bathroom came back and it wasn't for 3 more minutes before I was even acknowledged. I'm happy to wait when you acknowledged that I'm here instead of making eye contact then talking with everyone else. Part of my order was missing and while I could've requested that it be filled other than saying "I'd like the rest of my order" and "thank you" when it was handed to me. I had already been waiting to get my order then was ignored again until about 6 others were behind me. Oh and after waiting for someone to take the order we were told to use the kiosk. So when I was told to ask for my missing part of my order in a specific way for it (was given a specific sentence) I was fed up with this terrible experience. - Saying thank you for finally being able to leave with the rest of the order was basic curtousey to this person who had none. He needs more than 2 others with him to be successful. This location needs more workers, with basics in customer service. I hope not going back to this location which is 2 minutes from where I'm at every other weekend helps this location. Driving across town is worth just being acknowledged as a customer. I have eaten here several times. I have no problem with the quality of food or the service. But don't expect to get what you ordered. They screw up the order every time. Missing items, wrong items, and you usually don't get what you pay for. Not sure why it is so hard to put in the bag what is on the receipt. No other fast food locations seem to have. I came in on my lunch break with just enough money for a taco and fries. I had asked for a water cup and they stated they do not give out water cups and it would be $1. I have gotten water cups from every other location without a charge. I went to my truck to eat. The fries were hard and gross like they were sitting out for too long and barely got any nacho cheese. Used kiosk to order and pay. Then I waited. And waited, and waited some more. Finally asked the guy at the counter, who hadn't asked me if I needed anything, even though I was the only person in there and had been there a while. He then needed to TAKE MY PHONE AND WALK TO THE BACK TO PROVE TO THE PEOPLE MAKING FOOD THAT I HAD ORDERED AND PAID TO GET THEM TO MAKE MY FOOD. He had my phone in his possession for several minutes. ??? I watched another customer go through the same thing about 10 minutes prior. He was offered coupons for free items for having to wait so long. I was not. I left feeling bent out of shape and then very disappointed in the food quality. I ordered 2 tacos with extra cheese There was barely anything on them Took them back, I said I will keep one for my dog..she trashed it and gave me 2 more thar were hardly any better No, I don't need 20 Taco sauce packets 2 is fine..and I suppose to get full on Hot Sauce?
