According to the clients, the main disadvantage of Taco Bell is the spectacular service. From the visitors' point of view, prices are low. The calm atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But many people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

It is always a great place to dine. All the staff our Super friendly and go out of their way to help you. They really want for everyone to have a great dining experience. I've been a regular patron at this Taco Bell location for years and have always enjoyed consistent, good quality food and service. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was a stark contrast to the norm. The gentleman who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding my request. I was patient and took my time explaining what I wanted – a Chicken Roll Up Deluxe Box with meat and cheese only. I even verified my order at the window to ensure there were no misunderstandings. However, after arriving home and eagerly opening my meal, I was disappointed to find that my order was completely wrong. Instead of the meal I had clearly requested and confirmed at the drive-thru, I was served a completely different dish. It's frustrating to have your dining experience marred by such a fundamental mistake, especially when you've been looking forward to a specific meal. The inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant or settle for a meal you didn't order is disheartening. While I appreciate that errors can sometimes occur, it's crucial that staff take the time to understand customer orders correctly to avoid such situations. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a sign of declining service at a place I've enjoyed for years. Despite this unfortunate experience, I hope to see improvements in the future service. I'd hate for a single mishap to tarnish my view of this Taco Bell location that has consistently served me well in the past. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered chalupas to have no sour cream, add nacho cheese for extra money and order was made opposite. I was only car in drive after 10pm, there was no rush to do my order inaccurately. I simply told the guy who gave me the his name as Chris, supposedly he is Asst mgr. Just give me what I ordered and paid for. How hard is that, I promise y'all I was super nice when placing my order saying please politely and thank you multiple times and to receive my order w/inaccuracies is upsetting. This location was so amazing at helping us celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday party. We were able to decorate the tables for the "formal dinner". The manager Nash and her crew went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend you visit this location! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I allergic to meat I order on the machine online in the store, veggie Chalupa in Mexican veggie pizza but the lady she does not understand English she add meat in my food and I was keep throwing and vomiting. Also she doesn’t know how to refund back, she said my manager not here disgusting. She does not know how to refund . I do not recommend it to anyone.

It would be nice to have some of the online options in the store. The meal for 4 options would be perfect for my family. It's fast food and fast Tex-Mex at that. Eat the crunchy tacos fast or the bottom of the shell will become soggy. I'm still trying to figure out, how freeze dried refried bean flakes (their beans) that are rehydrated with plain water. This location sucks.. this is my Mexican pizza from tonight 10/01/2022.. I’m highly disappointed, I ordered extra beef and no beans and they didn’t do either.. also my 2 tacos were not supreme, as they were supposed to be. I know it’s just Taco Bell and I should expect a 5 star experience, but this is dissatisfying.. Just make sure you check your food before leaving drive thru if you don’t want anything wrong.. Honestly it’s the staff who is rude, unhelpful, and they don’t answer the phone.. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
