Ordered food in drive thru at 7:12pm got home the food was cold cold like still partly frozen cold. Returned to store by 7:35pm to get food remade but Deshawn said they couldn’t remake food because it was more than 30mins (which it wasn’t) but they could give us a refund. Then reordered food in drive thru and they put the wrong order in. Also the food was made terribly Very rude service and inconsiderate. Lady at the drive thru window was extremely rude. And even after I told her 3 times no sour cream, we still ended up with sour cream on half our tacos. She was very unwelcoming and snappy when taking my money at the window. Going there in the evening just isn't a good experience ever. Placed an order online and it clearly didn’t go through even though email stated it did! Employees don’t answer phones & they are rude even when the customer calling had the order number! Worst Taco Bell ever . Often not open during posted hours. Today I mobile ordered and got there and they ran out of eggs and coffee and didn’t give me anything. They still charged me. That is called theft. They stole my money. I spoke to desean the regional district manager and she didn’t offer a refund and was not helpful and rude . I can’t believe she is the regional manager! Terrible!!! Both times I have been to this location the order has been incorrect. Terrible customer service, employees have bad attitudes. This whole place needs some MAJOR work. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Avoid this location. This place CONSISTENTLY shorts you on the protein in their "power bowls." EVERY TIME I ask for extra steak/chicken they give me LESS than what other locations would put in normally, without asking for any extra. (While still charging you for the extra, mind you.) It regularly appears that they can't hear you very well over their headset. To top it off they're stingy with the sauce. At this point, I'm just asking to get ripped off if I choose to come here. Avoid this location.

Worst experience I've ever had at any taco bell, first time through doordash they threw the food barely wrapped into the bag, put so many stickers to hold it closed I had to tear the bag open to find my taco spilled all over everything, now I order from the 2 BEEF grilled cheese burritos and got chicken in them that was still cold and tasted horrible. My quesadillas were not cut the cheese cups were not warm I feel as if I’m paying almost $40 on cheap food everything should be done correctly especially when everyone there makes $13 a hour if not more wasn’t even asked if I wanted sauce for my tacos just pure laziness Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1

Every time I go here, there's a wait and they always seem to get something wrong. I went through this evening. I ordered a Chalupa Supreme and it was missing. I ordered a potato side with cheese, meat, and lettuce and tomato added on through the app. They put potatoes and cheese on a tortilla. I know I should have looked closer, but no excuse.
