A bit frustrated with today’s visit. I ordered online. Waited awhile still when I got there. I asked about something on the app. It was a drink that was a dollar, but when you go to check out it jumps to 3.49, asked about it and no one knew or offered it to me for $1 like the app shows it is. Then I looked in my bag and I was missing an item and had wrong items. They pulled the wrong items out of my bag and PUT THEM BACK on their rack. (It was cinnatwist which was already touched because I had pulled things out to check items) I get home and I have NO sauce, which I added on the app I wanted and my nachos in my box it’s literal crumbs. I visited this location late night. The service was great, food was fresh and time waiting for my order was good. There was not enough meat in my food, which is why I scored it at a 3. Had I not had a better quantity another time it would have been lower. They have great service and food! My only issue has been trying to get a job there, ive done about 4-5 “interviews” there and at least twice the hiring manager was on vacation, they were too busy to do an interview, the hiring manager wasn’t even there or some random excuse. They said they’ll call me but never do. Just recently I realized a past coworker works there and she told me they aren’t even hiring 🤦🏽‍♀️ They have recent listings everywhere and have all over the building that they are hiring. Also another store told me that this store was hiring 🤦🏽‍♀️ it shouldn’t be this hard to see a manager for an interview. I am pursuing this location consistently because I live right next to it so it’s easy commute for me. ROSE was such an amazing person to work with great customer service skills greeted me with a smile, took my order, offered me the new fries asking if I needed any condiments welcome to me back, atmosphere was very friendly and very clean would definitely be going back!!!! Stopped by on my way through from out of town, as always. Great food and tacos 🌮 of course 😋! BUT! They are no longer serving their delicious French Fries!!!! What a true disappointment to me and my wife. Those French Fries were delicious! I was told that they discontinued them, for now, and that they would come back soon. This sounds like another story we used to hear from Jack in the Box about their great Monster Tacos 🌮! What's up! I just had to vent some. All else was great as usual. I ordered 4 Burrito Supremes and 2 Nach Bellgrandes. It cost me $32.84. What I got was 4 regular burritos with a tiny squirt of sour cream on the end of them and they were soggy and half the size they used to be. The Nacho Bellgrandes were 90% chips with a dab of meat, beans, sour cream and a pinch of cheese. I will never buy food from Taco Bell again.
