Last time I went to Taco Bell, I ordered 3 Doritos loco taco meal. Was given wrong soda, no hot sauce, none were supremes like I ordered and They were so old they literally fell apart the shell and all when I opened the packaging. The taste was not good and from the way the tacos looks it didn’t surprise me. I haven’t returned since, Sad thing is I’m okay with that I’ll try taco Johns next time. I am highly disappointed. In the snow storm today, my husband stopped at taco bell to grab us a late lunch. He ordered me a chicken burrito. After driving 30 mins home, I realize they gave us a bean burrito. The burrito had refried beans, tomato and lettuce. I called taco bell to let them know and no one would answer. It's snowing so bad, we can't just go drive 30 mins to have the order fixed but for my calls not to be answered either, it's frustrating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was probably the best we have ever had at Taco bell with there being a good amount of things inside each of the 8 different items we bought! Great job & why can't it be this way every time! Came in to try the wild naked chicken chalupa. My Hispanic husband loves it, plus he added Diablo sauce to it for extra spice. My favorite is the Mexican pizza. My kids got the freezes, those are always good in the summer. Only down side was most of the tables needed to be cleaned off.

Stopped in after placing a mobile order at about 12:30am. The guy working expo/drive-thru was friendly, the food wasn't rushed, but it was still pretty fast. When I got home my order was complete, even the mild sauces were in the bag, and my food was surprisingly fresh! 9 out of 10 times my food is always wrong. I don't even call and complain any more because I never get coupons or a refund. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
