The woman at the Drive through “Brianna” according to the receipt was very kind and respectful! A mistake was made with my order and she fixed it with no hesitation and even included a couple coupons. Thank you! You made my day. Whoever hired this young lady did not make a mistake. It's tacos so you kind of know what you are getting. Not gourmet dining, however the service at this particular spot has always been quick and super friendly. A large portion of my order was missing and I had to drive all the way back. I was told be the manager I would be refunded the missing items and they would be made free of charge for my troubles...they didn't. I was instead offered a coupon for a free taco... Yes a 89 cent taco is what they thought my time and gas was worth. What really bugs me about the whole interaction is the cashier stating "sorry, this has been happen all night". Well since I was at Taco Bell it was clearly late night and the only thing open. So it was an expected long line, no big deal. I am very patient anyway. I had a bit of an issue getting all of my change, I ended up paying the price for Supreme tacos for just normal tacos, but the pop was good as always and my girl loved her Cinaballs or whatever they are. So overall experience was pretty much what one should expect I guess minus the issue with the change because that was a lot of money that if distracted enough was never coming back to me. I am probably not the person to listen to about taco bell because it's one of my last choices but I am a fan of them being open when no one else is. I'm very thankful for that. Three different people walked up to the counter and pretended they were going to take my order, then just walked away instead. No greeting, no just a moment, nothing. It's also really, really dirty in there, gross floors gross tables... Choose somewhere else. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good food, decent service and I didn't go inside, they closed lobby early. I could have never done that when I worked fast food, and I worked many days at Domino's by myself with no one else to help. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Super unimpressed, went through the drive-thru with my girlfriend an hour and a half before she worked and I got a party pack for nachos with steak and no beans. Come to find out as we are pulling out that they never even read our order and decided to just make it regular so I go into the lobby after this information was revealed to me to find out there's five other people waiting on their orders. I've worked at Taco Bell's before and they get timed on there drive-thru and it's a ranking system and supposedly they were ranked highest when I was working and I think the reason is for them only be concerned with the drive-thru and none of the customers up front. I talked to one of the ladies there and she explained she had been waiting for 20 minutes. Extremely disappointed. Had only 20 minutes before I had to bring my girlfriend to work, I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area. It's always this one that's been messing up recently.

Suggest adequate training of employees. Lunch rush is a bad time to fall apart and i know this business has high turn over rates and have held reviews on many fast food restaurants for that reason. However, this taco bell consistently has issues. Raise your pay and train your employees to want to stay with Taco Bell. It's not a hard job but you set these kids up for failure dropping the ball you hold to train them properly.
