Got late night drive-thru and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food (hard shell taco & chicken quesadilla). I never leave reviews but this place delivered. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5

Ordered my lunch thru the website at 109pm to pick up at 130, and was even 10 mins late for my scheduled pick up time and my order was not ready when I walked in to pick it up. I stood around for a few before someone behind the counter finally asked if I was there For a pickup order I let them know that I was and I was supposed to pick it app at 130. they then had me pull app my order on my phone and verify that I had selected the right location because of course they didn't make a mistake. They then started talking to one another and stating they didn't have the order and assuming that I had just ordered and correctly which I didn't had my order confirmation and everything. Finally they found my order they made it in a very timely manner but never once apologized andor offered the next time around to give me something for standing the additional time when I only have a 1/2 hour for lunch. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and they always assume it was the customer's fault which we do make mistakes but when I have an order confirmation and I get no apology makes me not want to go to this location which is sad because I do enjoy my Taco Bell. This was very disappointing. Not the end of the world but disappointing. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They close early every single night. And blame it on no staff when I see three people inside standing around laughing. They send six cars away so I finally get annoyed and call if there food line is every open past 5 pm the lady told me she didn’t have staff even tho she had three people standing around here. I have worked in food for ten years and have been alone working a drive thru and close my store every night with two. This location made me hate Taco Bell to the point I won’t waste money on people paychecks who don’t even care to work. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty standard taco bell experience overall, but I ordered hot coffee on the app and got iced. Not a big deal (got caffeine either way) but also shouldn't be that hard to not screw up a small order. This isn't even the first time it's happened, either, so just fair warning. In all fairness, I brought this upon myself by ordering coffee at Taco Bell, so victim blaming is acceptable.

My husband and I visited this location after many years without any Taco Bell. We tried to order from the kiosk and ended up asking if the employee could help us by taking our order. He did but he told us that he wasn't supposed to. As we were getting our drinks, we overheard the manager scolding him about taking orders over the counter. She was very rude about it. I felt bad for him. There was an older customer behind us in line that he also helped. He suggested we use the mobile app, that it's easier to navigate through. The store was dirty, the trash over flowing onto the floor, and it was slow... about 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We won't be back. The food was okay and we paid $20 for two meals. Very poorly managed and has been for years. Two of their assistant managers and the GM all left within the last two weeks because of how poor of a environment is has become. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money. Corporate and the district manager PJ don't care about anything but the bottom line and run their good employees ragged to the point of burnout, thinking they can just recycle new ones in.. Many have said it and I agree, they close early all the time and kind of just whenever they want. We’ve heard every excuse as to why they are closed, but it’s just crazy. Supposed to be open until 10, they close at 7. They close their dining room whenever they want. They accept a mobile order and then basically just say “Sorry, we don’t have enough food, so we can’t make that for you.” We have been through the gamut here. I don’t know why we kept trying, but we are officially done with this place. We enjoy the food, but the service and management here are absolutely horrific. I don’t understand what’s going on, but the random closings and issues happen way too much for it to just be normal. Service: 1

They need to sell this location to a capable owner, I'd love to take it off their hands. Taco Bell if you see this your franchise owner is a disgrace to your brand, this place is ran extremely poor. I ran a Taco Bell better when I was 16 years old. Please sell this to me so I can bring quality back to Rochester Hills. People come home tried from a hard days work and just want to enjoy a meal, and this location always has an excuse as to why the store is closed or they can't serve food. Lazy high schoolers- they close early every single night. Disgrace to Taco Bell. Someone else needs to own this taco bell. The little punk kid in the drive through laughed at us when we asked why they closed early. Also they can never get the fries up right in the bag. Twice now they excluded about $20 worth of food from online delivery orders. The tag has the correct order, the bag is missing some food and completely wrong on others. Is also closed when their hours say open. One of the worst in the country. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
