Ordered at drive through, drive home and discover the order was wrong. No big deal, but drove back with order and requested a refund. Was told their manager will not allow refunds. Huh? Employees even said it made no sense but they weren't allowed and would be in trouble if they did. They remade the order which was fine but annoying as I wasted my time and gas and simply wanted a refund. I do want to praise the young lady working the drive thru window though, you're doing an awesome job, only person there that seemed like she cared. This Taco Bell (Cedar Falls, IA location) has been AMAZING lately. The food has been amazing! It tastes so good. The service? Fast and friendly. The food looks like the photo! The drive thru has been really fast and efficient. I love been going to Taco Bell frequently since like 2005 and this is top tier TBell lately. I don’t know who was working at Taco Bell last night but that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in like 10 years. It was almost 2 a.m. and it was BEAUTIFUL. The young woman who was working the drive through (Amya is what the receipt said) was extremely polite and worked with me to make sure everything was right about my order. Just went through the drive thru and got 3 taco with only very little potatoes and cheese and wasn't even told they were out of chicken so I wasted my money. Edit months later: count ya days Taco Bell y’all about to get sued over those “loaded” fries. Made my jaw drop.I also have not heard or seen from my girl so I’m taking 2 stars away. Count ‘em. I apologize for not knowing her name but GIRL you are SO nice and have the best customer service, you know who you are, you always seem so positive and energetic I love that for you guys, give her a raise please! Assistant manager at least! Came back to edit this and say this in case y’all don’t understand, this isn’t even the first time I’ve encountered this nice lady, but every single time (I come here a LEAST once a week ok) she has the same exact happy joyful peaceful personality. I used to be a manager at Jimmy John’s and never have I seen such excellent customer service. It will be a sad day when I pull up to the speaker and don’t hear that “Hello Hello!”. This is the longest review I’ve written for any company but I just had to give my appreciation to that lady, she is a star.
