It's literally the worst taco bell in the state. I have no idea how this franchise has been allowed to continue operating. Every three years (or so), we try it to see if it has improved and -every- time the food is made poorly if at all. Where the hell is the meat?! It's absolutely not worth the price. I would rate the service a solid -10 bc I order 2 food items and a drink at the drive through, the lady asked me to repeat a super simple order 3 time at the drive through then asked me to pull up, she then asked me again what my order was told her the exact same thing and she STILL asked one last time but when she repeated it back to me she was missing the drink, as angry as I was I said yes that's correct, I paid for my 2 food items, a Chicken chipotle melt and a beefy melt burrito, samne thing I always get, waited 15 mins for something that the taco Bell in Tomball would've had out in 3 mins, when I got my bag and check BOTH OF THE FOOD ITEMS WERE WRONG. I'd rather go to a dementia only restaurant bc at least I know I don't get what I ordered. Got there right at 10pm. Just said “we closed” head hanging out the window staring all the customers down. Pretty ghetto location and I used to live at Watts and Compton. Service: 1

Customer service sucks here. Was only person is restaurant and had to wait a good 4 minutes before anybody acknowledged my existence. Then the guy working counter with face shield cant hear/listen to save his life. And the severe case of marble mouth makes it almost impossible to understand him. Then, when I get my food, the beans on burrito were just out of the fridge cold. The taco meat was just above warm. Very poor performance. 2/6/24 Only speaking for today, Service was fast and accurate. Food was nice and hot and tasted way better than usual. I'll rate today as 5 stars but they have too much bad to make up for time raise my over all opinion Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
