Texas city taco bell is absolute garbage! The employees are 8th grade drop outs at best! I've become a McDonald's fan because of this place and McDonald's is trash! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every other location in Texas will still make the Encheritos. This location immediately said no. They kept their backs turned to the counter for a whole 5 minutes. Had signs up saying use kiosk. What if I don't want to use kiosk or cant????? Bad service and no sign of management. 1st time at that location and last. Will never eat there Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

$2 for a supreme tacos and I get these soggy fk things. Didn't get a recipe, by design I'm sure. Just purchased them like 10 minutes ago. So whoever is making the food in there needs training. I'll definitely drive the extra miles an take the fam to a taco truck from now on. Thanks TacoBell, for you have destroyed a brand only to make the little man more profitable.

Very disappointed. There was two homeless people fighting on the floor and I tried to walk past them but one of them got a hold of my leg and bit me! Very mad. Then YOUR workers were very disrespectful and rude towards customers and myself I was going to leave but as I was walking out the soda machine got thrown at me and I passed out, then I woke up in ur back room and I started to ascend I thought I was going to heaven but then I walked out the door and looked up at the missing tiles in the ceiling then two rats came out and decided to have babies on me! very ridiculous! If I could rate this taco bell zero stars I would. Every time I come here it is consistently a bad experience. Yesterday during my ordering process in the drive-thru someone had came over the intercom and interrupted with rude comments. I would suggest you avoid this Taco Bell at all cost as there is a much better one nearby. I will be raising these actions to the corporate level as this is unacceptable. This is the fourth time I've been to this location in succession and the order has been wrong. Went in to get the taco they forgot and got a taco with almost all lettuce. I love Taco Bell when it's made correctly, but the Texas City location is ridiculously low grade compared to what I would expect.
