I ordered a *veggie* cravings box on 2 separate occasions with a bean burrito as one of my choices, and they put beef in the burrito both times. Idk if they’re genuinely just making a mistake by accident, but twice in a row makes me feel like they’re intentionally putting meat in my veggie meal just to be funny? Placed an online order ahead of time for pickup. Upon entry, Dana instantly greeting me a warm salutation and a beautiful smile. Dana and George were both extremely helpful and friendly. Service was terrible. First time through the drive through I received the wrong food for my order. Went around a second time it correct it and only got one of my items. Had to go inside to fix my order again, and got ignored by the workers. Someone came out of the back to help me out with my order (super appreciative of the young man) and finally got my correct order. Savannah (one of the workers on drive through) brought me the rest of my order and tossed it in my bag and walked away. I will make sure not to come to this location again. Maybe you should hire ppl that actually know what customer service is! Today 01/18/24 I was at the drive thru and the employee who waited on me, was totally unacceptable. No hot sauce , no napkins, and no spoon. I was the only one at the drive thru and only a couple of cars in the front. When you can’t be bothered to actually greet your customers or even make eye contact because your to busy talking with someone inside is inexcusable. There are plenty of other places to go in the area for lunch, and in the future I will be going somewhere else. When you hire someone you should make sure they know what customer service is! I wish l could give 0 stars. First we were the only customers there ordering. Maybe the young blonde can't hear very well so please remove her from the drive thru. She Messed up my whole order and when we came back to tell her it's wrong she wants to give attitude. I'm sorry you can't hear clearly or take 1 simple order. Also food was missing that I paid for so basically stealing money from customers. What a waste. Food was cold so yeah thanks for horrible customer service and food. Left Wendy's and there cold and microwaved food and came straight to taco bell with Anthony at the drive thru window.i love the taco bell on beach street and its crew..Anthony has been working hard to accommodate the haltom city area tonight and is very positive ..he deserves a break, and his crew tonight deserves a bonus...food is fresh and tastes amazing as usual..food is on point ..THANKS TACO BELL CREW FOR MAKING OUR DAY!!! There is this one girl who has the worst attitude, I come to tacobell a lot after I get off work or to enjoy some lunch. Everytime we interact it’s an attitude.
