If I could leave 0 stars, that’s what this place would get. We ordered through door dash tonight and when we received our food, we were missing our fiesta potatoes and everything had sour cream on it when we had asked them to remove it from 3 of the items. The receipt even reflects the request for no sour cream. This is not the first time or the second we have had issues with this Taco Bell. Whoever is working in there clearly needs to be trained again or released from duty because this is an ongoing issue and we haven’t been the only folks who’ve experienced this. I won’t be going back. The workers in the drive-thru were actually nice. My standards for taco bell these days are pretty low, so that was all it took for me to like this taco bell over the other ones in my area. I love taco bell I go there almost every morning. I love the drive through girl she's amazing and so nice only thing I think they got a new cook my breakfast burrito feista potato one has changed no tomatoes and barely any egg in it and so small now. That's the only problem but I love the drive through girl she works so hard and is so kind. I don't know what her name is but she's amazing and also shout out to Ashley too she works hard too and is nice. Don’t get me wrong, the food at Taco Bell isn’t the best - it just gets the job done. However, the two gentlemen that helped me at the window at 2 am on Oct. 3rd (hate that I didn’t catch their names) had the biggest smiles and so much kindness. I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to after the awful day I had and how their kindness made me end my night with a smile. Extremely excellent service. Service: 5

Decent food, but the waiting is too long , maybe they need more training or better management. Clean place, but every smoker leaves a smoke atmosphere at the doorway. Sometimes, it really stinks of cigarettes at the door, and I see cigarette buts everywhere. Still making small burritos, but the folks inside are very nice. The manager can be seen texting while the floors are in need of cleaning. He will make food at times but kinda has an attitude of this is beneath me. It may be that he is young and surely can be molded but unfortunately does make a bad impression at the moment. Went throught the drive through about 10 minutes ago. The girl in the window had a problem with me asking for hot sauce and a extra bag. Also I got chips and cheese and there was barley any in the cup. I would recommend you stay far away from this place. They cheat you and it is just kids working there that have attitudes. I would give them a negative score but it won't let me.

Pro-tip: walk-in and get take-out instead of using the drive-thru. Anytime I've done this my orders have been accurate and the food was fresh and good. Staff seemed young but they did a great job with speed and no mistakes. I think most bad experiences here are during peak drive-thru times especially when I see myself leaving faster with take-out than the cars in line.
