They put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag with 4 burritos and multiple tacos on top of it. They had forfeited 2 items do I had to go inside, I ordered n the drive-thru,, I wish I would have noticed when I was there because it was completely smashed. No longer my go-to. I just spent $10 on a meal through doordash that included two items. A hard taco that had just about 2 bites worth of meat and a paper thin crunch wrap. Every time I order a crunch wrap it’s pretty much just eating tortilla with lettuce and sour cream. It’s been this way for a few months now. It is no longer appetizing to me.. Service is much slower. Often times we wait inside for about 10-15 mins until we’re talked to when there’s maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the building. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered two cravings boxes and one didn't have the side I ordered. Neither of the crunch wraps in my boxes were actually cooked fully, and neither were sealed enough to eat. I had to rewrap both so my husband and I could eat them without spilling everywhere. A week ago, my husband ordered two crunch wraps, one was paper thin and had almost no meat, and both were undercooked. We had to recook the edible one at home. He contacted corporate and they never got back to him about the order being messed up. Food: 1 Service: 1

(ALL Employees were rude) we waited at the counter for about a good 15 minutes before just using the machine to order ourselves. They looked straight at us but kept on with their conversations about breaking each other's knee caps and had to ask for our cups the employee looked like he had a problem with then having to go back up to the counter asked another employee for some straw's he walked right past me and said someone else had to help me . I am currently i the lobby waiting for my food. I ordered online. I was told ready for pickup at 12:05. Its currently 12:30 and I still have not gotten it. They burnt the food and had to throw it away. Why is it been 30 minutes? and nothing for the wait either. And the Poor sap next to me wasted his entire lunch waiting in the lobby because they had messed up his order. I had watched them make many of my orders and go to the drive through instead of giving it to me when I had been there for 30 minutes Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Clean environment, they do the best they can. Some particular awesome employees that stand out as amazing individuals. Quality food and service. It might take a while but think about it we are always waiting on someone so it’s not like we are standing there not doing our job we just are trying to get everything out to everyone as soon as possible to create a well experience for the customer you. Very weird service..drive thru crew was very confused thought I was there to pick up a grub hub I kept explaining no I would just like to order food like a regular drive thru order and for some reason they could not wrap their mind around the fact that I drove through the the drive thru to just order..lol...I felt like I was in Twilight zone they kept saying ur here to pick up for Mandy right?
