I ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito. It arrived as flat as a quesadilla and the cheese layer (my favorite part), was burnt to smithereens. Someone was lazy and should've of tossed it and started over. Everytime I order this from this location, it's messed up or using the wrong ingredients. Update. Went last night. It's a taco. Employees need to pretend to like their jobs at least. It takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown. But hey, love those seasoned fries! And Mountain Dew on tap.... Yay! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The night crew here DGAF 😂 never Oder from their machines😭😭 or if you do just get the bare minimum bc they don’t add extra ANYTHING. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The employees in the morning are friendly and helpful, also really fast, probably the fastest I've gotten modified taco bell breakfast items. Food tends to be quality through 530am to about 3pm. The quality of the food here is inconsistent. Sometimes it's made like it should be, but more often than not it looks like they really couldn't have cared less. Extras are missing, toppings are sparse, food is sloppily thrown together... I know it's not a 5 star restaurant, but you should still be getting the food you paid for! these people DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT DISABLED MEANS 1000000% so disrespectful. i didn’t realize that if i ORDER IN THE DRIVE-THRU i would be REQUIRED to enter the lobby. i explained that i was hurt/disabled at the time and i got a very nice “well that sucks but you are required to enter the lobby” after explaining i was hurt. Just went thru drive thru . How hard is it for you guys to put sour cream on supreme tacos?? Why ask us which sauce we want if you aren't going to give us any? And no napkins? Another horrible order like usual. This time my chalupa was completely open, upside down and most of the contents were on the bottom of the bag. Thankfully they didn't miss anything for the first time LITERALLY EVER. Y'all needa fire your night time crew. Worse Taco Bell ever! I asked for a bean chalupa and got this thing with NO BEANS!!! even after saying bean on the mic 5x. It was extremely cold too. Was super excited to try Nacho fries and they were also cold and soggy. How are you going to mess up fries? I’m shocked. Stay away and find a different place if you can. This sucked
