This place just stays the same or gets worse. I ordered a Chalupa Supreme for dine in. I'm waiting at my seat and watching them place Door Dash orders on the to-go rack as the minutes tick by. Several more minutes pass and I'm still not hearing my name called. I go to the counter to ask about it and see my order in a bag sitting on the rack! 🤷🏼‍♂️ I take the order to my seat and begin eating it only to find out my Chalupa Supreme has no lettuce in it. I took it to the counter and the young man who was standing there asked what I wanted. I told him the Chalupa Supreme had no lettuce in it. Went today got a burrito surp. No beans and 3 soft tacos and Mexican pizza no tomatoes, burrito had beans, pizza had tomatoes, and all the tortillas were stale. Needless to say we didn't enjoy our food at all. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food was good, but the worker I encountered today was downright rude. We ordered on the kiosk because nobody was working the front which wasn’t a problem. We waited for our food and got it when our name was called, however we’re still missing cups. So we go up and ask for cups and a nice young guy came over to help us as another female employee snapped on us. “What do you need” “We don’t have any food orders back here so don’t come asking for anything” “Did you pay, or do you need cashed out?” Everything was said very rudely and very snippy, all we needed were some cups and had asked nicely before this encounter as well.
