To start with, there was no one at the counter and no menu showing the options. The only way to order was on a tablet, which took much longer than necessary. Most of the available tables were dirty, as was the bathroom. As a lifetime tacobell customer, I was very disappointed. It should be noted that this was not a busy time. It's sad to see a chain that was once known for friendly and efficient customer service fall this far. I will not be back.
