The food was fresh and hot, with some vegan options available. Drinks slapped🤌✨️. Customer service was brief but enjoyable. The staff are quick, attentive, and efficient and see that your needs are met when given proper communication(s). The restaurant's usually busy around breakfast(8 a.m.), lunch(11 a.m.), and dinner(5 p.m.) with an hour or so lull between; the drive-thru is open from 8 a.m.- 3 a.m. They have free parking and handicapped spots included with 3 points of entry. Absolutely disgusting! Manager is terrible. Have been on the road for 12 hours so we stopped in to use the restroom and grab food. The restrooms looked like a dumpster and had flies everywhere. We got the food to go after waiting 20 plus minutes and realized that our food was cold and the potatoe bowls were burnt to a crisp, called the store asking what she could do. I was told she could refund it but we had to come to the store. I explained that wasn’t going to happen we were already back on the highway and still had another 2 hours to drive. She could careless! Someone needs to read these reviews and give that location a makeover! Facebook and google reviews are horrible! I asked for cheese roll up this is what i got this was 3-2-24 how lazy can you be and how hard is it to roll a roll up and also i live 3 miles out of town and my food was cold. I can tell you someone here has to be keeping up on everything and making sure the oil and everything is sparkling clean 👏.. i don't eat out like I use to do now when I do go out I can just literally taste the old oil places still use and this is one fast food place I've gone to and the oil is so clean I can't even tell what kind they use 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. .I gotta say when I come they do constantly messes up orders. Very slow... just not customer friendly or motivated to serve the counter customers unless told. Not a good place,but hey...when the bell tolls, what ya gonna do??? Good filling food is the only reason i keep going back...Best soft tacos in town...what a shame.... Ordered 12 Nacho Loco tacos, half supreme. 27 dollars... Get home no supreme, call and they say come back and they gave me 6 free supreme. Get home give them to my nephew and the first one he opens has a bite taken out of it. Call back, no answer. Never going back here again. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

if you do door dash i recommend not coming to this location, i had went in there 5 - 10 mins before my customers order was ready. i told the red head lady at the counter who my order was for. they said that the order was picked up. i had called my customer and explained, she told me it wasn’t picked up and then i realized, only one person can be assigned a order. so they had to of givin it to some bum who wasn’t even a door dasher!! i went inside asked for the manger she rolled her eyes at me. i had explained what was going on she came at me rude told me i had to tell my customer to cancel her order!! how’s that even a thing?? keep in mind i was on the phone with MYYYY customer the whole time, so she heard how i was talked to. she proceeded to cuss me out the door told me to never come back like i would with a crazy lady screaming at me. she also had said she was going to have her boyfriend “beat me” i’m a tiny female??? i also seen how she treats her employees i am so sorry for them. she dropped dressing bottles on the ground made them pick them up. kicked sauce on the ground. slammed the fridge door at her employee and all in front of her customers?? at this point i’m just assuming anyone can be a manger? not only was i harassed, embarrassed, emotionally assaulted, but i ALMOST lost my job door dashing over her “sad home life”. shaking my head.
