Guests don't like tacos and lemonade at this fast food. A number of reviewers note that the staff is gracious here. Cool service is something that visitors would like to improve here. I purchased an order from the Taco Bell side of this store and they didn't give me about half of my expected order. I ordered 3 Taco Supreme combos and only received 1 and it was NOT supreme, 2 large Nacho fries and recieved both in the smaller size without cheese and they gave me a larger burrito than what was on the dollar menu and charged me almost 3 dollars for it. I ordered a meal from the KFC side of this Tacobell and the chicken was incredibly rubbery like it was under cooked. The register is broken; the soda machine is broken. The staff were friendly, but took along time to make a 8 piece chicken nugget. They forgot my drink along with the biscuit. They were kind and gave me a large soda instead of the medium I ordered. Even with the staff being friendly I'd still recommend going anywhere else. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

After waiting in the drive thru for a hour, they managed to lie and say my whole order was in the bag they handed me. I drive back to work to see an entire meal missing and multiple items from a different order included in the bag. I went back to retrieve my food i was greeted with attitude and even when they handed me what i was missing, they still forgot my side and sauces to go with my nuggets. Overall food isnt a big deal but when i spend 40$ im expecting 40$ worth of effort at the very least yet i was met with what im assuming was the window worker coming down from a drug high. Workers are doing everything they can. They were pleasant and got the food out as fast as they could with 3 people in a restaurant that really should have 6 workers. So it's hard to see their full potential when they are short staffed.

Always friendly employees. Have had some great conversations with some of them when it is slow. Generally quick with my order and haven't had mess ups. Always clean here. One of ny favorite Taco Bells EDIT: (8/26) I changed from a four star to a two because the last three times we have gone here (drive through only due to COVID) the orders have been missing items. Very disappointed with how it had changed.

Rough day at Taco Bell. Wrong order given to us upon the walk in order, no big deal. The complete building gross and dirty. Bathroom floors, sink, soap dispenser, and light switch dirty. Does the owner keep their own home in this kind of condition? The owner has No Pride in their restaurant!

Not quite sure how you can have a sign saying lobby opens at 10:30 am For me to go up to the doors both of them be locked and be told it’s drive-through only at 1 PM. At the time I was the only customer around what’s the difference between serving indoors and through a drive-through? 30 minute wait in the drive-thru for an order that was already cold and incorrect. I was 2nd in line and after 30 minutes there were 8 cars sitting and waiting for food. The guy came out with bags of food and was going car to car trying to figure out if the orders were right and who they belonged to. I really wish the owner cared about his store, because there are plenty of people who would give him money if he just spent time training his staff. Truly unfortunate. This place is terrible. The owner of this place deserves it to go under. This isn’t the management, or the employees. They’re performing to their owners extremely, terribly, low bar. Owning and allowing this Taco Bell to run at this subpar level gives every Taco Bell a bad name. Do us all a favor, SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO CARES….
