The woman working in Jerome Idaho who calls herself the general manager is not an honest person and She was very rude and told my wife that the Taco box deal is no longer available, then she individually sold my wife $127.00 dollars worth of 1/2 filled individual tacos and burritos, I feel like I have been robbed by the Jerome Idaho Taco Bell! There is no customer service at this location today 10/15/2023 They would rather not tell the truth and steal your money for there 1/2 filled garbage taco’s and burritos, The owner of this franchise should hire better employees that are not rude and that can tell the truth If your reading this survey to see if this restaurant is any good, I say do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Jack in the box and get two tacos for $2.00 dollars Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unwrapped my hard taco shell fell apart from the bottom because it was saturated for too long. I would not complain if this was the only time but it's been more than once.

I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review but it was bad. They got our order wrong and we told them but they ignored us and never fixed it. Took forever to bring us the food or to help us out. They had an attitude when we were being respectful. They weren’t prepared they were out of a bunch of stuff and didn’t have anything together.This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with this place. Don’t recommend going there. Place an order online. Card charged for $147.75 for the Jerome Idaho location. Get to the store and no record of the order. Talk to manager and prove order with copy of the card being charged. No receipt, and the lady making food kept telling the guy taking the order wrong information. Then we ordered a hash brown for our burrito and while it should be common sense, we had to do their job when they said they couldn't enter it in that way. We told them just to charge it separately and put it on the burrito, she still just put it on the side anyway... then I paid for extra potatoes on my burrito and got a skinny... does that look like extra potato to you? What an awful staff!

We go here often and I am so incredibly tired of their service! I placed an order on my mobile device and 40 minutes later after getting there to pick up my orders were we able to leave. That is very uncalled for! They help those in the drive-through first, first of all, even if your order is in first. FIX YOUR BUSINESS or you’ll lose all your business!
