I rarely rate fast food restaurants but this one just impressed me. Taco Bell has pretty much done away with people at the register and they are mostly all soft serve. There was an older gentleman that greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello as soon as I walked in, took my order and before I finished getting my drink, my order was ready! On top of that I overheard him supporting a local business and ordering pizza for the team from the pizza place across the parking lot. Whoever made my order tonight did a superb job! All the ingredients on my grilled cheese beef burritos were perfectly distributed, and the kid who took our order was very nice. Monday October 2nd 2023. Not a good food day for Taco Bell. I’m starting to really believe fast food joint pre make ALOT of food and let it sit until someone orders it. Fries were cold Rolled chicken tacos were stale and cold And the Chipotle grilled chicken burrito had hardly any chicken in it. Went through the drive-through here recently. There was quick service, the staff was kind, and the food was okay. Typically I get a chicken quesadila and cheesy Fiesta potatoes with no sour cream. I don't get Taco Bell often because I feel like it's super overpriced for the amount of meat you get on their items. I placed an online order for a 1:15pm pick up, they didn't even START until 1:15pm. They also messed up by putting beans in BOTH of my burritos when I selected no beans. I had forgotten to order something else so I did that while I waited. The second order came out 3 minutes before my original order.
