I ordered a Chili Cheese Burrito.... What the heck is this? Barely any filling. Short and small. Does this look like a Burrito worth $4? Do better. Ordered breakfast items. Didn't receive a breakfast burrito. Called and let them know they said return with the receipt and they would fix it. Fortunately kept the receipt and returned the following afternoon. They said they could only give me the same item which was only available during breakfast hours. Lost the receipt now. I watched people in front of me get their food pretty quick, then the people behind me. I waited quite a while, and the whole time I watched my nacho fries sitting on the table away from the warmer. I asked them nicely to make some fresh ones because I'd prefer not to eat cold food. They did. Food was good. 👍 Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I tried to buy dinner for me and my daughter inside the lobby. I went to pay with $100 dollar bill and they couldn't change it. What kind of fast food place that makes hundreds of dollars an hour can't give back three $20 dollar Bill's? We went to Arnold and they took my money.

Taco Bell has good food with a variety of choices to satisfy the whole family. Their service is always good. Their facility is always clean, and their service is fast. They never tell you to pull over and wait like some other places. It’s quick, easy and tasty. Food: 5 Service: 5

The crew member in the drive through was accommodating and professional. The food was horrible. The soft tacos were not soft the shell was dried and so hard it was hard to eat. The spicy potato taco was old and the potatoes were so old that I thought they pulled them from yesterday's fry basket. The kitchen needs training on health and safety with food. Since I went through the drive through I had to endure the rancid trash and rotten dead body smell from what I hope is just the trash area. Do better taco bell. Do better. Our food was cold, soft tacos were hard. We asked for 2 mild sauce and got 34!!!!! I'm guessing your employees don't care about waste!

This tacobell seriously needs to be shut down. The management and people there are so awful it's unbelievable. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and they all seemed cracked out. The food is NEVER CORRECT and that's why there lines are always long. We drive 20 extra minutes to get tacobell because this one is ridiculous. Ordered a family pack for $24.99 via the app, got a small sealed bag. Asked if that was all, was told yes. Got home had 5 items, none of which I ordered. When I called to complain, was told to ask the app for a refund and reorder. The app has no refund option. Lied to, money gone, wrong food. Will never order here again. Ever.
