Obetz location should just close up shop. The absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. Didn't get what I ordered. What I did get was old and cold. Missing items. Food had to be thrown away. They got my order wrong twice in a row but i like that they actually have the value menu priced at a value. Got the black bean burrito and the chicken burrito. Both are great in their own ways! Ordered in person in the store. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes Friendly service... In fact I've had some of the friendliest service ever here. Surprising but I'm happy to return and patronize this place. The staff is always friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The food is always tasty and hot. My orders are always correct. I customize the hell out of my orders with add ons and subtractions, and every time, there are no issues. Great work, staff! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a chicken quesadilla, which was good. However, service was slow. The drive thur seemed okay, but I had gone inside to order. Had to wait a few minutes because no one was at the front register. Finally, a guy from the back asked what I wanted and got that started . Another couple of minutes, and a lady made her way to the register. Everyone was nice, though. Had a mobile order that when the bag was handed to me I said I was missing items. The girl screamed "well you where not charged for them so you will have to go back around " .... it's a mobile order you pay before you get there. I drove around and seen a huge line so I checked the door and it was unlocked. She yelled at me to bring the bag inside, THEN LOCKED THE DOOR. Anouther guy was inside and he let me in turned out I had his mobile order and mine was just marked as "complete" so they could not pull it up. Then she starts yelling to wait outside since the lobby is closed. I said back "that's fine but we where waiting to see what you guys wanted us to do, and you already slammed 2 doors in my face" and walked and waited in the car. A very nice guy came out and apologized and was able to just do a screenshot of my order to get it done fast. I used to go to this location since they didn't mess up, that seems to have reversed again.
