They're in excellent service Who worked in register kid. He knows customer hungry and early morning. I told him my truck not fit take out window service and he opened door take me in. They're so busy but he accept me. I liked preparing food and how they serve customers. That's the reason also I love taco bell. But not all taco bell managment. I was passing the other taco bell near wantagh NY and I am waiting out side for cars. I asked window girl food she said I can't take order if you don't have a car. I said that's my truck and not fit in drive thru and she said my manager decision. They will loose customers it's upto them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This taco bell gives you food so quickly! I got my food in less than 5 mins! Their tables were cleaned. The cashier was really friendly and attentive. However, they forgot a food item. 3rd time I’ve been here and 3rd time I’ve received the wrong order. Ordered 4 burritos last night and not a one was ordered with beans. Received 4 burritos with beans and cheese only. No chicken, no beef, just 4 bean burritos when every one ordered had a meat on it. A burrito does not mean a bean burrito. Paid $18 for 4 bean burritos. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Something very wrong at this location. Been here three times in the past month and twice it took around 30 min to receive my mobile order. I usually order for in-store pickup to avoid the long drive thru line and it's like you get penalized for that, as if the staff hustles to keep the drive thru moving at the expense of the in-store orders. Inevitably a bunch of annoyed people who figured they'd get their food faster end up standing around waiting 20-30 minutes for $15 worth of fast food. There's also about a 50% chance your order will be wrong. One time recently my fiancee ordered one of the vegetarian burritos and it was full of ground beef, another time some items were left out altogether. Based on the number of people I've seen complaining at the counter, it's a regular occurrence. This store's only a few blocks from my house but I think it's time to try another location.
