Have used the drive thru here many times. Normally pretty fast but today it was kinda slow. There menu seems to change very often, this to include combo numbers. Makes it hard that the menu is directly at the order speaker, you have no time to really look the menu over before having to place your order. Doesn't stop me from going though. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This location has always had very slow lines, staff that clearly doesn’t care about anything, and messes up the order a bunch. I have avoided this location for years and thought maybe they’ve improved. Nope. The worst tasting and most poorly made burritos ever and they forgot a burrito. I’ve been to a hundred thousand TBs and this one is the worst. Consistently the worst. 100% not exaggerating. Maybe the day staff is better but the night staff never fail to always fail. Just drive to the one in Belmont and avoid this arm pit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive thru and asked for no sour cream on anything, well got home and everything has sour cream, so I go to call a manager and no answer several times. Once I went back to Taco Bell I stood there being ignored for a good 5 minutes I even called again to watch the reaction of the manager and they honestly she could care less about that phone ringing. I finally had to speak up to get someone to fix my order. But yeah go to east Franklin it’s not as ghetto and lazy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As always, the tacos were good. This restaurant would not take our order at the counter. She told us that we had to use the kiosk. The restrooms have code locks on them. Obviously, this Taco Bell is not in a good neighborhood . There was a woman walking around in the parking lot stepping in front of cars and talking to herself. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The person at the window, and taking the order were rude. They obviously didn't like their job. We waited 25 mins in the line to get to the speaker to order. And was told to hold a minute They were doing the orders 1 car at a time, so the line was all the way around the building. We got our food, it was done incorrectly and was cold. Another Taco bell that you have to order from an IPad in the lobby. Not at the register? And dosent accept cash? This is lame taco bell! Also who ever owns this location pay your employees more $ so maybe they care about the food quality or customer service just a little bit more, then maybe you would make more $ ? Don't let people wait in line for 10 minutes...then give them a list of what you don't have...then proceed to let them order something that was not on your list...only to tell them, "oh, I'm out of that too! You want anything else!?" How about no. Service: 1
