i usually LOVE tacobell breakfast, it's my favorite!! and Willow Street TacoBell is my favorite place to go, but this morning the hashbrowns were very soggy. i called and got it replaced, the lady who answered was very kind and replaced it, but my replaced sandwich was just as soggy but i didn't want to be a bother by coming back and asking for a refund ): please keep crispy hashbrowns for the crunchwraps )): Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
