We were staying close by at the extended stay hotel and decided to come and try this this Taco Bell. It is a very nice and modern Taco Bell. The young man at the counter and who took our order was amazing. He was very friendly and engaging. He ended up making the whole visit all the more positive. The food was good and a good value. The drinks were a tad overpriced I feel but that is the way it is at most restaurants now a days. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only thing I would add is make certain hot sauce & forks are stocked. With that said, the young lady at the counter quickly provided us with both. Food was delivered quickly. It's hard to believe it now costs my husband & I over $27 to eat at Taco Bell!! It rankles me that in order to have a decent amount of meat & cheese on a Mexican pizza you have to pay for extra...I even got charged .15 extra for extra red sauce on a bean burrito, come-on...really??? Not sure when taco bell started making bean burritos flour tortilla heated...they've always been soft not crunchy, what's up with that? Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We asked for extra cheese charged us 2 dollars for it. Hardly any cheese when ask girl at counter she told lucky I even got that much..... Rude and horrible. Hot sauce cup was what they charged me 2 dollars for....Courtney the smart mouth at counter is one told me was lucky even got that ....go back up then gave me hot sauce deal with little cheese in it....rude will never go back had 4 tacos 2 drinks extra cheese it was over 20dollars. Manger told me was not charged 2 dollars for cheese so I showed her where they did...... she said oh......never go back pictures are proof of horrible service. I ordered 2 chipotle melts got no chipotle on them. Ordered a soft taco and received a crunchy that had been sitting so long it turned soft. Everything I get tacos from this place, the meat falls out of the bottom because it sticks to the paper!! How am I supposed to eat it like that,put it in a bowl like a taco salad!!! I ordered online 30 min prior and had to wait longer than people in the drive thru. They do not acknowledge you when you walk through the door. There is no point in ordering ahead because you will not get service ahead of others Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We waited a long time for our food, I got a 5$ box and it didn’t come with a taco. Also on the 5 layer burrito they only put cheese and beans on it. Boyfriend got the grilled cheese box and his burrito only had beans no meat when he specifically put easy beans. I’m not being a “Karen”but they should pay more attention to what they put on people’s meals and requests. It’s not that hard making a burrito especially when it’s slow.
