It's Taco Bell.. you know what you're going to get. It's basically the same ingredients shaped different ways or in a different tortilla. Taco Bell is good for something to fill your belly in a pinch with the expectation that it's likely to upset your tummy soon after. It's not horrible, and there's much worse fast food options out there. Right down the middle. They do what's needed, nothing less, nothing more. There's enough of them around and if you only have a few dollars to spend on food the value menu isn't bad. I liked the chipotle chicken before they removed it from the menu. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I've never been so disappointed in this location. Ordered food. Was missing half my order. Showed them right at the window seconds after being handed my order. They called me a liar. This location by far does not put there CUSTOMERS first if they did they wouldn’t have such a low rating right so there was an incident in the drive through as the lobby was closed. I have never had this ever happen at any location ever. I was there to get a DoorDash for a customer as I was sitting in the line for 10 mins I get to the window right before I get to the window another dash pops up I have 1100 life time dashes and hold a five star rating and 100% completion 100% acceptance and 100% on time delivery so I care about my customers. When I tell them that I also need to pick up this other order they tell me per policy I have to get out of line and get back in line to get the second order so my question is how is that fair to the customer how is that fair to the first customer who’s order is gonna be late and cold because I have to get out of line and get back in at the end. After that another person took off out of line mad at the place as well but to threaten to trust pass someone because we don’t want r customers to eat cold food is beyond crazy Taco Bell do better and revisit that policy. Waited nearly 40 minutes for our food. Portly made, one chalupa was not supposed to have tomatoes but did. Barely any meat was in the tacos and chalupas. The large nacho fry boxes were not filled. I am SO tired of my orders being messed up. Just doordashed lunch, ordered a few things, alone with simple, normal soft tacos. Somehow my soft tacos turned into breakfast burritos. The food was good though with the little meat it had I'm not sure about their prices, atleast we can ask for more meat ofcourse at a cost, it's much cheaper and effective to get the taco Bell pack and make it at home. Service is prioritized to use the kiosks, unfortunately. Was a bit of a wait to get a person to take our order and then there was a communication issue. They owned it and fixed it immediately though. The food was really good. Tasted fresh and was well put together. They were staying on top of the lobby too, making sure to keep it clean and tidy. If you go to this restaurant, you can expect mediocre service to go along with food that is neither very tasty nor healthy at all. If I go here, it’s usually just because they are open late, which is a plus, but I’m never clamoring to go to this Taco Bell. Also, they are super annoying for doordashers. They make you go through extra steps that no other restaurant does.
